Chapter 3 by Wikia Wikia

what's the story?

Girlboss with Clinical infantilism

Regina was in her business attire -- a black coat, business skirt and a white buttoned shirt beneath -- and was shuffling through papers on her desk.

Not her actual desk. She wasn't in the proper headspace to sit at her real desk in her real desk-chair.

Instead, she was in a padded chair with a tray that locked her in, and it was barely big enough for the folder she had with her, much less the sippy-cup of black coffee that stood precariously in the tray's corner. The chair she was in was in the kitchen at her home, deciding to work remotely since her condition started to flair up.

Walking into room was her hired assistant Rachel. She was dressed more casually, wearing a baggy red shirt, skinny-jeans and crocs.

"Hey there Regina," said Rachel. "How are you doing?

"Don't talk down to me," said Regina, not even bothering to look up from her papers. "I could fire you whenever I want."

"Someone's feeling grumpy," said Rachel, not taking her threat seriously.

Regina looked up.

"I'm serious. It might not seem like it right now, but I'm still a grown woman and you could be out of the job if I really wanted to."

"Does someone need to be changed? Does she? Does she need me to change her?"

Regina took off her reading glasses, and just as she was about to tell her assistant off again, her lower tummy made a gurgling noise before she loudly pooped in her highchair, almost as though her own body was in on the joke Rachel was making at her expense. She even peed a little too, the cold and clammy feeling in her loins from an earlier wetting growing warm again.

"Pee-ew. Looks like I've got a stinky baby on my hands. Don't worry Ma'am," she said with sarcasm. "I'll get you changed out of that nasty thing and into a fresh new one in no time."

Rachel placed the files Regina was looking through -- which was actually a "Where's Waldo" book she was look at upside down -- and undid the tray, letting her out of the high-chair she was sitting in before leading her up tot he changing matt laid out in the living room, the diaper she wore under her business skirt swollen and heavy between her legs.

Regina had just been diagnosed with Clinical infantilism, alternatively known as Changeling's Syndrome, two months ago. It was a rare condition that caused those who had it to regress into a more infantile state under certain conditions. Much of it was psychological in nature, though there were some psychosomatic symptoms that were unavoidable too.

Those who had the condition regressed to a younger state of mind, developing the physical, emotional and psychological needs of a baby or toddler. That meant reduced vocabulary, simpler dietary needs, emotional immaturity and, of course, incontinence. The oldest regressed state one had with Clinical infantilism was that of a five-year old, and even then pull-ups and toys were needed. While in this regressed state, those going through an episode needed a caretaker to help look after them. Most people who had it lived their day to day lives with loved ones helping them out whenever they regressed. Others had themselves committed to psychiatric facilities that could better care for them when their families couldn't or wouldn't help them.

When Regina, who had just made partner with a competing company, was diagnosed with it, she was mortified. No one was going to take her seriously if anyone knew that she secretly wore pull-ups at meetings or that when she said she was taking a "smoke-break", she was actually sucking on a binky in the bathroom stall.

She certainly lost the respect of her personal assistant Rachel when she found out.

She didn't really like Rachel and Rachel didn't like her back. Regina thought Rachel was an incompetent millennial who always got her coffee wrong, while Rachel thought Regina was an entitled bitch. She was actually just about to fire her before Rachel walked in on Regina trying to swap out her skirt and saw her diaper, which was peed in so much that it had leaked.

Rachel thought it was hilarious. And a great opportunity.

Soon an arrangement was made between them: Regina didn't fire her, and Rachel wouldn't tell everyone that she had Changeling's Syndrome. She even offered to be her personal caretaker to help with her "needs" (with bonus pay, of course).

And Rachel milked it for all it was worth. It almost made changing her messy diapers worth it.
