Out of the comfort and safety of her mother’s womb, a baby girl is brought into the world. Her features not yet completely defined, but nonetheless a beautiful child. As both parents gaze in amazement at their daughter, she is cleansed and handed back to her mother. She holds her daughter lovingly, and the girl closes her eyes and bathes in the comfort of her mother’s bosom. Sophia, too, closes her eyes and rests peacefully. Her slumber, well deserved. Your father thanks the gods for your safe arrival, and all is well.
