Not wanting to leave the comfort and safety of her mother’s womb, the girl fights to stay in. The labor becomes more intensive, but eventually, a new life enters the outside world. Her features not yet completely defined, but nonetheless a beautiful child. As both parents gaze in amazement at the child, she is cleansed and handed back to her mother. She holds her daughter lovingly, and the girl closes her eyes and bathes in the comfort of her mother’s bosom. Sophia, too, closes her eyes and rests peacefully. However, unlike you, she will not awaken from her slumber. All her energy drained from the birth, she could offer no more.
