Chapter 4 by incrediblyordinary11

What happened?

Giganta Interrupts (DC)

Long time listening, first time caller. This was inspired by Mr. Nice Guy's Initial Branch off of DarkDragon's initial chapter, with an intention to focus more specifically on Wonder Woman's rogues gallery and supporting cast.

---------------

Jack was in the middle of a job interview when the building exploded.

He'd come to Gateway City to chase his dreams while outrunning his student loan debt. It hadn't been going well. Two years of dead end jobs and heartbreak, all while trying to break into archeology as the field hemorrhaged funding so the current Republican administration could give a few billionaires a few more million dollars.

So he did what thousands of young people do whenever they hit a dead end.

Apply to grad school.

He'd made it through the first . Then the second. Now the only thing standing between him and funding for a PhD was Barbara Minerva, archeology's resident mad woman specializing in Ancient Greek and modern epics with a special insight into the burgeoning field of Amazonian studies.

He'd thought the interview was going okay. Not great. Not bad.

"So why do you want to work for me Jack?" Barbara asked. They were sitting in her office at Holiday University, a room that looked like an Old British library had overspilled. Dark wood bookshelves were lined with books, manuscripts, artifacts. Behind her stood a stuffed Cheetah head overlooking a lit candle and a potted plant Jack didn't recognize.

A decanter of whiskey sat between them. Barbara poured them both a glass

"You know the last two assistants I had ended up quitting the field all together."

"I... I did not..." Jack asked, taking the glass and swirling it aimlessly. Was this a test? Should he drink it? Should he not drink it? One felt uncool, the other unprofessional.

Barbara downed her glass without a thought. "We were attacked by the Serpent Society at a dig site. Had to be extracted by ARGUS. David and Rachel said they 'didn't sign up for this.' Pussies." She poured herself another glass. "This business requires balls Jack. Guts. You get me?"

Barbara was rail thin red head with an undercut and large green eyes that assessed you like a hunter does prey. She looked like you could snap her in half. She looked at you like she was daring to try.

"I understand ma'am," Jack said with a nod. He'd heard you weren't supposed to look a tiger in the eye, but he did it anyway.

She'd seemed to like that answer.

Now she was probably dead underneath a pile of rubble.

The blast had thrown Jack into a towering shelf filled with priceless antiquities. Glass and pottery now shattered around him as relics crashed to the floor in pieces. A tragedy he ignores while adrenaline and fear screamed at him to RUN.

Dazed, coughing, Jack scrambled to his feat, ignoring the pain in his gut while his body screamed to find cover, find shelter, find safety.

His hand brushed something hard and metallic. A violent bolt of electricity should through his arm. He fought the urge the scream.

"WHERE, LIKE, IS IT?"

Above him two car sized tits in leopard print swayed where the ceiling used to be. Dust and sunlight poured through the giant opening as a gigantic woman leaned down to look inside. Auburn hair slipped around two enormous emerald eyes. The gaze curious and dim.

"HMMMM...." The big beautiful woman moaned dimly.

Jack pinned himself to the underside of a table, breath held, heart beating, dimly the back of his mind was aware of pain but the fear overwhelmed it.

The giantess reached into the ruined room, tree trunk sized fingers sweeping through wreckage and broken shelves, looking for something.

"UGGHH!" The giantess cried out. "DUMB, SMALL, THINGY..." She seemed remarkably... Confused. Jack eyes the door, there was a bit of rubble in the way, but he thought he might be able to squeeze through if he could. "DUMB BITCH MAKING ME DO ALL THE DUMB WORK, IT'S LIKE, STUPID."

"Ughhh..." A whimper came from across the room. Pinned beath a slab of broken masonry law a skinny redhead with a rough-edge punk rocker look. Barbara Minerva, still alive and trapped.

Damnit. He couldn't just leave her there.

"RAAAAGGGHHH! STUPID DUMB... THINGY! LIKE I'M SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT SOME STUPID AMULET LOOKS LIKE!" The giant began to yell and cry, stomping on the ground. The room shook with each stamp of her enormous feet. The rubble began to shift. He wouldn't have time. He had to--

"That is enough Doris," a voice called out.

Light gleamed off gold. An angel in tight fitting red and blue body armor descended from heaven and stood (unknowingly) between Jack and this Giantess.

Wonder Woman.

She was the most beautiful sight Jack had ever seen. But that might be the adrenaline speaking.

"YOU!" The giantess screamed. The sound of it shaking the building.

"You are being a bad girl Doris," Wonder Woman said, an air of calm command wafting off the woman in cold waves.

"I'M NOT DORIS, I'M LIKE, LIKE A SUPERHERO NOW. I'M... CALL ME."

"Giganta?" Wonder Woman offered helpfully.

"YEAH! I'M LIKE A GIGANT--AAAAAAA"

It happened so fast that Jack hardly had any time to react to it. One minute the Giantess (Giganta'ess?) was kicking the ground sullenly pouting, the next a golden cord wrapped between her jaw, around her arms, her legs. Wonder Woman swinging gracefully from limb to limb while Giganta swung her massive fists, each movement only tightening her bondage. After a minute the giant woman was bound and hogtied on the ground. Sweaty, red and grunting into her golden gag.

"It is not the time for talk little one," Wonder Woman stated, standing between her enemies shoulder blades. She walked towards the woman's large ear. "It is time for you to listen."

Jack watched the entire thing from his hiding spot with a sense of... Well wonder...

Giganta struggled, wriggled and grunted against her restraints but it was no use. Eventually, exhausted, she let out a grunt of frustration and began to shrink. Wonder Woman's lasso adjusting seamlessly to the with her. The cords maintaining the tie while she returned to her normal size.

"Good girl," Wonder Woman said. One boot still pressed firmly against the defeated woman's back.

Jack felt himself uncomfortably erect at the sight.

Focus. He thought. This was his chance to get Barbara free, show some gumption and then--

ZAPPP!

A burst of purple lightning ricocheting out from the corner of the room.

Wonder Woman screamed. Then fell, hard, to the ground.

Click, clack, click, clack.

The sound of high heels on stone floor. A woman with long purple hair, purple lipstick, purple eyeshadow and a viridian evening dress hugging her curves and framing her cleavage stepped out of the shadows. Or rather, the shadows morphed into her.

The air was still at her presence. The dust and rubble hanging frozen in place as if the world were holding it's breath. She strutted over to Wonder Woman like she was walking a catwalk and tsked.

"Dear Diana. So very predictable," the witchy woman said. Her voice was warm like honey.

Giganta screamed into her gag. The witch laughed. With a snap of her fingers the cords sloughed off the red head. She stood up rubbing at her arms.

"Was it good for you Doris?" The witch teased.

"It isn't funny Circe," Giganta said.

"Sigh, I'll never understand you choose to be so boring when you're not being big and beautiful," Circe said with a dramatic flourish. "Find the medallion. That spell will only keep dear Diana out for a minute or two."

"I--" Giganta began.

"You are a consultant Doris. Meaning I pay by results or we renegotiate the payment. Would you like that?"

Giganta lowered her head in defeat, returning the rubble left in the wake of her attack. It went faster now that she had returned to normal sized and she quickly discovered what she was looking for; the old medallion that had shocked Jack earlier.

Circe clapped her hands with delighted enthusiasm. "Wonderful dearie! Just wonderful." She took the medallion reverently, eyes lit with madness and fire.

"Are you going to use it on her?" Giganta asked, motioning to the **** Wonder Woman.

Circe's eyes rolled. "Dear I've known that girl since she was a baby, I have no interest in that," Circe said. "Her dear mother Hippolyta however..."

Circe smiled.

"So many powerful men in your world ache for someone to dominate them." She snapped her fingers and the medallion blinked away in a flash of light. "I'm sure it's the same for powerful women. Especially an amazon."

Circe clapped. There was a brief white hot flash of light and then the two villains were gone; leaving Jack alone in the rubble with two **** women.

What's next?
