Gig

Erik is shocked when Heidi knocks on his dorm room door, smiling softly, face incredibly blushed, “Are you ready to go, Erik?”

He’d gotten so used to her usual attire of turtlenecks, sensible blouses and knee length skirts or jeans, seeing her before him in a graphic black and red band tee, cropped denim jacket, black choker, a short for her standards, pleated red skirt, ending halfway up her toned thighs, black fishnets and black combat boots, safe to say that Erik is taken aback.

“Wow Heidi! You look great! This look suits you!”

Heidis’ blush only intensifies, she meekly thanks Erik as he closes his dorm room behind him.

Heidi is unsure if she’ll ever really understand what draws her to Erik so much, it’s not like she hasn't had relationships in the past, so she can’t understand why she feels so hot and giddy when their thighs rub together on the rumbling train. Erik types away on his phone and Heidi looks around the train, evidently, there are other commuters on their way to what can only be assumed to be the same concert, judging by their outfits.

She looks across the train carriage and her eyes fall on a couple that are shameless in their PDA. Her fingers grip his hair, their lips smash together, Heidi feels her face light up, not because of the act itself; rather the similarity between her and the woman in front of her. Blonde, boots, fishnets, denim jacket; and the guy, looks very similar to Erik. She can’t help the fantasy that crosses her mind.

“Get some fucking movement in there!!!”

The crowd roars with approval, a few isolated circle pits starting to thrash as the front woman hypes the crowd, pumping the air with a fist, pointing out and continuing the song, each hit of the drums thump deep within Erik and Heidis heart, each power chord and bass line almost forcing them and the crowd to want to move, the energy is electric.

Heidi had asked Erik to stand behind her, he’s taller than her after all, and sometimes men here can be annoying to her (Erik wasn’t going to argue, and Heidi wasn’t completely lying, what she really wanted was an excuse to have his body weight press into her from behind). Her plan works perfectly, because when the band walked on stage, the small indoor venue got even tighter as the crowd all tries to push to the front, Erik had even put his hands on her hips, which she absolutely welcomed, to steady himself as the crowd surged forward to the stage.

Erik can feel it, of course, he feels her ass press into him, Erik lets it happen, it’d be worse to address it anyway. Besides, Erik finds Heidi attractive, even if they are just friends.

“They’re so good!” Erik says loudly into Heidis ear, who turns and grins and nod, grabbing Erik’s arm, Heidi pulls his hand down over her shoulder, focing him even closer.

“This is so fun. Erik! They’re fucking amazing!” She cheers as the crowd shifts again, moving and dancing to the punk music.

The front woman calls for the men to contribute to the society, and to put their girlfriend on their shoulders, the crowd cheers and one by one girls start shooting up into the air, some of them even pulling their tops up for the crowd.

Heidi turns to Erik with a grin, “Please! I want to be tall!”

Erik laughs and invites her on, they’re not dating but no one else knows that, and it’s all innocent anyway.

It’s not for Heidi, who, once on Erik’s shoulders, subtly squeezes her thighs together, Erik had low key forgotten that Heidi was wearing a skirt, he can feel the warmth of her crotch against the back if his head, Heidi puts a hand in Erik’s hair, running her hand through it lightly, she feels a certain sense of eroticism being on his shoulders like this, her legs spread around his head.

At one point the front woman calls for the men to hoist the girls up onto their shoulders, heidi turns to erik with a grin, erik is more than happy to participate, bending over she gets on his shoulders and rubs herself on him from dancing, erik gripping her thighs.

Nothing of note really happens the rest of the gig, just enjoying the show, Heidi pining for any physical contact, and Erik oblivious to her flirtation, enjoying one of his favourite bands.

On the train ride back, Heidi is understandably exhausted, still sitting close to Erik she makes herself comfortable, at first leaning her head on Erik’s shoulder.

“I only found out about that band, because of you, so I guess I owe you one.” Heidi grins, peering up at him through her eyelashes.

“I reckon we’re even, you accompanied me, and it was great! Vi would never so I think if anything, I owe you.”

The drinks at the venue has loosened Heidi and Erik up slightly, and Heidi’s lips reflect that, “Careful, Erik, I will collect, with interest.” She winks and giggles as she falls off his shoulder onto his lap, her head resting on his thigh as she looks up at him, “Can you rub my head? I’m such a lightweight.”

Erik nods, enjoying the attention, “Sure.” He reaches down and gently rubs her head, his fingers going through her hair as she coos and stares up at him.

“Erik… I really — enjoyed… being with you tonight… Would you want to do it again?”

Erik looks down at her, “Of course! I had heaps of fun! The band was great too, you have another gig in mind?”

Heidi shakes her head, still resting on his lap and looking up, pupils dilated, staring up from this position, her mind switches to another scenario where she could be looking up at him like this, she clears her throat, “I’ll find one, maybe we can go do one of those overnight gigs? The festivals?”

Erik nods, “Wait, that would be so good! I’ve not been to one of those for ages.”

Heidi grins, grabbing Erik’s arm and pressing his hand into her slightly exposed midriff, the shirt bunching up a bit, “Lock it in! It’s a date!”
