Chuck walked on and saw a pretty redhead loudly talking on her phone at a sidewalk cafe as annoyed customers tried to ignore her.

He remembered his fun with the young blonde woman in the park and Peggy, and decided to do something similar: Half clown, half businesswoman he thought.

He then came across a tough looking young man angrily complaining to a police officer over a parking ticket.

The man just turned and walked off.

She was on her phone, and the dog crapped on the sidewalk, but the woman did not curb the dog and left the crap on the sidewalk as she walked on like nothing happened.
