Pink skin with red eyes and black scelera were the most defining traits that had stuck out to the Tuffle. It reminded him of his own infant form where he also had similar features save the black scelera bring a dense of familiarity and comfort to the invader. Even the white hair the Android had in this form felt comfortable after all when he had tried to make Vegeta his host, he too had turned his host hair white.

"We're both artificial beings born from groups that were killed by Goku and the Saiyans. It seems only fitting that we become so compartible."
