Chapter 2 by jw_wjw jw_wjw

Where does Mackenzie's bad day begin?

Getting sued to stay naked

"All parties rise," the bailiff bellowed from beside the bench, "in the case of Boland v. Fairbairn, His Honor the Hon. Judge Harry Carmichael presiding."

Willow, Marianne, and Rachel all conspired to sue Mackenzie in order to keep her without clothing. This was after Mackenzie started making enough money after college to replenish her wardrobe, meaning she never had naked days like she did back then (though she still slept nude out of choice). The three didn't like that, so they butted heads to sue Mackenzie and get a judge to issue an injunction keeping her naked.

This was, oddly enough, Willow's and Marianne's idea first, which is why Willow Boland was name of the case. Rachel heard about it later through the grapevine, and despite hating Marianne's guts wanted in on the fun to keep Mackenzie out of clothes. However, Rachel couldn't let her longtime nemesis go unscathed, so she filed a lawsuit of her own against both Marianne and poor Mackenzie, who now had two lawsuits hanging over her wardrobe.

Today in the courthouse, everyone - especially the redhead who held onto her clothes for dear life - was dressed their best in front of Judge Carmichael. Mackenzie knew that both lawsuits - which were graciously enough heard back-to-back - were asinine, but still wanted to present her arguments as best as she could.

"Thank you," Judge Carmichael entered with a warm smile and sat down in his chair, "you may be seated."

What happens in the courtroom? What is everyone's case?
