Getting into it

The next couple days brought with it an euphoria that Mabelle had not been expecting here. For what felt like an insurmountable goal, everything was starting to look as if she could actually reach it. Of course, there was still the matter of getting everything updated to reflect her true identity, but she would cross that bridge once she got there.

"Something wrong, Mabelle?" Carol inquired and Mabelle shook her head. Honestly, it was quite the opposite in fact. She was on a state of euphoria unlike any other.

"Not at all, Carol." Mabelle answered, elderly tone on perfect display here. Getting a nod, her mind shifted to other things here. "So, tomorrow is your date with Ludita?"

Carol nodded.

"Yep. She really makes me feel my age." Carol cooed and Mabelle turned red. Looking away, she composed herself. While she very much felt like an elderly woman, it sometimes felt like she still wasn't. "Is something the matter?"

Mabelle nodded.

"Yes... I think I want plastic surgery to achieve the look I desire." Mabelle answered and watched Carol shift her look ever so slightly. While Mabelle had massive strides, Carol would have to agree here.

"Perhaps." Carol answered as she grabbed the elderly coordinator's hand.
