Kori and Angel sat on a rooftop, sipping their drinks and taking in the sights. "So, how'd you meet Gwen?" Kori asked.

"It's more or less your standard superhero team-up story," Angel replied. "I was flying around one day, and I kinda ended up fighting the Vulture on the Brooklyn Bridge. Gwen showed up and helped me take him down... she was just fun to team with. After that, we kinda just kept in touch."

"So not unlike how we met," Kori noted.

"Exactly. We just sorta hit it off," Angel smiled. "How about you? You and Gwen sound close."

"Yes, Gwen and I are very close." Kori answered. ""She and my girlfriend have been best friends since meeting in their freshman year of college."

"That'd make you Mary Jane Watson's girlfriend, right?" Angel smirked. "I knew your name sounded familiar."

"That is correct," Kori confirmed. "So you know my MJ?"

"Not well. But I've hung out with her a few times. I like her," Angel nodded.

Kori smiled and nodded. "Then the three of us will have to hang out when she returns from Los Angeles," she suggested.

"I'd like that. MJ seems like a lot of fun," Angel agreed.

Kori began to beam brightly. "She's the love of my life. I fell for her the moment I laid eyes on her... we met when my friend and I were looking for a model to do a photoshoot with me, and I couldn't resist making a move... we've been together ever since. I don't think I could ever truly express how much I love her, how happy she makes me..."

"Wow. That's really beautiful, Kori," Angel replied, smiling back. "I hope someday I can find someone who makes me feel like that."

"Oh? Are you not satisfied with your romantic life currently?" Kori asked.

"Not even a little," Angel admitted. "I stopped dating guys a few months ago. I dunno, I guess I feel like I couldn't be bothered to make the effort these days."

"You stopped 'dating guys', you say... might you be interested in pursuing a relationship with a woman?" Kori inquired.

Angel nodded, taking another sip of her drink before answering honestly. "Not gonna lie, I've thought about it," she admitted. "I do find women attractive, but I guess I've never really thought of myself as a lesbian or bi or whatever."

Kori pulled out her phone, tapped something out on it, and put it away. "It might be worth exploring. Since realizing I was a lesbian, my life has become infinitely better. I have found a love and passion I never thought possible. It is truly wonderful."

"That sounds great, Kori. I'm glad it's working out for you," Angel said, sounding genuine. "But I'm kinda burnt out on romance at the moment."

Kori place her hand over Angelica's, giving her a mischievous smirk. "Perhaps you need some help reigniting the spark, then," she purred.

"What are you getting at, Kori?" Angel asked, confused yet intrigued.

"I'm saying if you'd like the opportunity to explore your sexuality, I am more than happy to help you do so," Kori answered, running her fingers along Angelica's hand.

"Uhhh, really? What... what about MJ? I don't want to cause problems between you guys," Angel said, sounding worried.

Kori giggle and pulled out her phone again, turning it around to show Angelica her text conversation with MJ. When Kori mentioned Firestar, MJ replied with several enthusiastic messages telling her to go for it. 'Make me proud, baby' was the last message. She then followed it up with a picture of herself in bed with a model she'd met while filming her scene, both women naked and clearly having a good time. Kori couldn't help but giggle at the picture, clearly delighted by what she was seeing.

"I, um... wow. So you two are, uh, you're fine with this?" Angel asked, still shocked.

"It's made our love so much stronger," Kori replied, beaming. "I'm sure you would find a similar satisfaction, if you are interested. If you aren't, however, I will not push the issue. But ask yourself -- what do you have to lose?"

"That's true... I'm not exactly doing much else with my love life these days," Angel mused, looking thoughtful. She couldn't deny her attraction to Kori -- she was drop-dead gorgeous, and honestly, she had Angel more turned on than any of the guys she'd been with recently. "Alright, Kori. Let's find out if I'm really a lesbian or not," she grinned.

Kori smiled back and leaned forward, pressing her lips to Angelica's. Angel kissed back, hesitant at first, but quickly finding herself growing bolder as the kiss deepened. She felt sparks she'd never expected -- this was a sensation she'd never felt before, a desire and hunger she'd never experienced with any man she'd dated.

They broke the kiss, and Kori asked, "Did you enjoy that?"

Angel blushed as she felt her head spinning. "Whoa... I, um, whoa. Can't. Form. Words..." she mumbled, clearly flustered.

"I'll take that as a yes," Kori giggled. "Would you like another?"

Angel nodded, and Kori pulled her in for a deeper, more passionate kiss. Angel's hands got a little more adventurous as they explored Kori's body, her fingers lightly tracing their way along the other woman's thigh.

"You're a very good kisser," Kori said softly, her voice a mix of desire and encouragement. "Would you like to continue this at my place? I'd prefer not to sleep in an empty bed tonight..."

Angel bit her lip and nodded. "I... I think I'd like that," she replied, her voice a mix of nervousness and anticipation.
