Getting cleaned up

Courtney leads Lauren back to the pediatrics examination room to get her cleaned up. As Courtney is cleaning Lauren, Doctor Johnson enters the room. He is clearly irritated about the outcome of the call with his ex, and Lauren can tell his whole demeanor has changed. He asks Courtney why she is wiping down ‘Patty’ and Courtney proceeds to explain that little Patty had an accident while trying to make it to the restroom.

“Is this something you struggle with regularly Patricia? You are much too old to be peeing yourself like a baby. Does little Patty still need a diapy?” Asked the doctor, in clear frustration.

“N-no..” said Lauren.

“Now patty, we need to be honest.” Said Courtney, smiling devilishly at Lauren. “Your mommy told me about your little problem.”

“Why did we not take measures to insure no accidents happened if you already knew about this issue, Courtney? You know what, never mind. Just finish getting her cleaned up while I get some supplies.” Said the doctor as he began going through the drawers and cabinets. “It looks like we have some special needs diapers that might fit her, though it seems we only have the extra thick ones in stock.”

Lauren begins to cry as the doctor proceeded to put the diaper on her. Once done, the doctor helps her up and she is barely able to walk due to the bulk from the diaper. She attempts to cover herself out of shame. “I bet you wish you had that gown now, let’s see if we can find you another. Would you like that little Patty?” Asked the doctor.
