Getting Some Muscle

You hear screaming from the throne room before you reach it. When you enter you find Jenny, now wearing an opulent red and black dress, doing something to a prisoner bound to a wall. The prisoner screams in agony as Jenny motions to him, causi g blood to be drawn from him into a floating orb. It should be a horrifying sight, especially as he stops moving, but instead it excites you. Jenny turns to you with a smile and approaches you, giving you a tender kiss before speaking.

"Excellent timing my love."

"You asked for help my Queen?"

"Yes, I have one last thing to do before the big day and just enough time before sunrise to see to it. I want you to come with me, it should be a nice learning experience." You look at the hovering orb of blood.

"Will we have a learning experience about that as well?"

"I suppose you could consider them related, I'll explain when we get there." You frown.

"I just got back and we're leaving again?"

"I'm sorry love, I wasn't expecting you back so soon. But if we do this we'll have plenty of time until the big day to be...together." You moisten at the thought.

"Consider me convinced my Queen." She laughs and the two of you leave the mansion once more, taking on misty forms for travel. You quickly arrive at a police station, reconstituting next to Jenny on the roof next to a door. "Why here?"

"Well it doesn't need to be here but for what I'm planning I felt it was appropriate." She opens the door and the two of you begin walking down a staircase into the station proper. "Remember my 'pets' back when you were still mortal? They were failures but now I think I can accomplish what I wanted."

"Which is?"

"Dumb muscle. As mighty as even the weakest of our servants are I want brutes that can intimidate the city or be used as shock troops against more militant opposition." The two of you walk through the station until you find one of Jenny's daughters with a small group of vampires. "Rose, be a dear and fetch me two expendables would you?"

"Of course mother." She leaves with a bow.

"So how many 'daughters' do you have? At least one seems to hate me."

"That must be Petra, she's so ambitious and mistrustful she likely sees you as a threat. As for the number there are six. All of them were girls I found who caught my eye for one reason or another so I decided to lift them above the other vampires."

"But what's their purpose exactly?"

"To act as lieutenants mostly. If they impress enough I may deem them worthy of standing alongside you as one of my brides." Your conversation ends as Rose returns with two disoriented beat cops in tow. "Excellent work Rose."

"I live to serve Mother." Jenny approaches one of her victims, looking him over before biting into his neck. She doesn't drink very deeply, releasing him after a few seconds. After she does she motions towards him and you feel her work aome kind of magic on him. Whatever she's doing dnaps him from his stupor, yelling while he writhes in pain.
