Getting Anton to let you eat.

Cora and Dzaya go on a head of you, this of course is of some relief to you as a whole since they have been with you or next to you since you left math class almost. As you wonder down the hall of the school from the gym to the commons, your senses are assaulting you a bit. You notice the smell of oil coming from the schools back up generator, as well as a number of other smells as you work your way from the gym. You also notice, you feel a bit sensitive to the light in the school. Your unsure if it is from the long day so far or the fact your getting tired or losing some form of focus or the ability to block out the things that annoy you or could annoy you on a normal day.

As you step into the lunch room your stopped by Dr.Otto, you of course just smile at him well he gives you a stern look and says " I am to guess the research to prepare the young minds is going well? And the gym will be set up for tomorrow?"

You look him up and down and then grin at him as if to say you have no idea then add " I am just lifting heavy weight, how do I know what is going on?" Dr.Otto of course gives you a look that says " Come on Mr.Doe you can do better then that. So you decide to add " I feel the gym will be ready thou, personally I am unsure how the student body will respond as things move forward. I also have to say that I am growing a bit tired myself."

Dr.Otto grins and pats you a bit harder then you think on the back as he chuckles and suggests " I guess the baby steps I had recommended are not being taken? I do feel thou maybe the lessons that Riley, I mean Ms.Parker. has to give will go at a slower pace then what you have experienced because of your experiences."

You shrug and he smirks again and says " You do notice don't you, Mr.Doe that some of the marks on your neck still have lipstick on them?"

You look down and wipe at one of the hickeys only to find it is true, You shrug and say " I can't hide them, and I can't get rid of them so I might as well leave the lipstick as well."

Dr.Otto of course is over taken with some form of joy as he says " John things will be moving forward, just relax everything will be ok. I will do my best to protected all the students, as I always have." With that he pats you on the back, and sends you off to the lunch line.

About the time you get to the place were you get to pick from the monstrosities of food behind the counter, you hand the note that Kaylee gave you to one of the lunch ladies, the lunch ladies smile at you and starts to speak fast to one and other you think that it is mostly a mix of a number of languages as each one of the ladies takes and respond to the note more or less. A moment later they hand you a tray that looks like it is filled with food that looks more expressly home made then the stuff the government elects to feed students. You have no idea why Kaylee's note would do this but then again, maybe the nurse makes sure there is different food to feed students that are not feeling well. You have no idea honestly but it at least looks a lot better then what you were expecting to try and stomach down, and because of the amount on the tray you also have a hard time figuring out what all is on it. A lot of it seems to be buried under other parts of food. Once you get to the end of the line the person who is ranging up or should I just say taking count since all students get free food, just counts you and smiles as you walk away. You shrug to yourself but go to find a seat to eat.

You look about the commons, scanning this way and that. And as your normally do, you try your best to try and find your friends, it's not so much that you wish to sit with them as the fact you normally sit with them. And on a day like today, it is a lot easier then sitting down to someone you don't know. You check next to the soda machines tucked behind the corner were they are normally sitting but no dice, so you check the far wall next to the windows that look out over the front end of the school, also no dice. You start to wonder were they might be when you notice Cora coming towards you.

She is smiling which is nice considering everything that has happen so far today, as she gets to you she says " We are eating, on the tables on top the school, under the tin roof that helps keep the tables dry. It is not super cold outside today and Dzaya and I told the others it might be a bit more private then our normal spots if that is ok."

You just nod realizing you look like an idiot with food you have no idea what it is in front of you, but you notice Cora looking at it she reaches over and pulls a piece of fried onion from the pile and says " Well someone must like you because that sure the hell does not look like what the rest of are eating."

You shrug and say " It was a note Kaylee gave me, the lunch ladies gave me this tray and I have no idea what is on it."

Cora smiles and says " Well, no matter what is on it. Chances are it will at least be good cold, but either way we should hurry and get to the roof so you can taste some of it warm."

You ask Cora " Please hold this tray a moment? I would like to get another soda, with the change from earlier."

Cora smiles and says " Well, get something we both like?" You nod and look at the machine, you shrug and get a strawberry flavored drink hoping it will go well with whatever you have to eat without making Cora upset.

She hands you the tray of food as she takes the soda and nods and says " This will do, but lets go."

The two of you walk down the hall you used to enter the commons, and head to the stairs and follow them to the top. When you get there she opens the door and you walk out, you realize the food smells great the silience and walk allowed you to focus on the smell of the food and you did not smell the oil as you had before. You also notice when you get on the roof that the open sky and air, maybe have been what you needed. So you go to the table and sit down, Cora waves and goes back into the school.

The only person at the table is Dzaya, and she turns to you as you sit to say " Cora is going to find the others, we felt this would be the best place to eat. She is going to get her meal once she finds the last person, but she said we should not expect to wait for them. And what is that you have there on your tray?"

You shrug as you look at the tray you set down and look at it, you notice it has two piles of rice to one side. And it seems to have some kind of noodles and veggies and protein next to that. You also notice some fresh veggies like sliced tomatoes and other stuff almost like a salad but without the lettuce. You also notice, some pretty lose chicken that seems charred as well as some sauce on it and next to it is what you would guess to be some other kind of chicken dish, mostly something that has to do with citrus like lemon or orange chicken. And on top of all of it is egg rolls and other fried goods, and treats. You realize that some of the fried goods are battered and fried veggies as well. And and the noddles much to your surprise is on top of it all even thou you had not really noticed it til now. Like as if the noddles are to help keep the rest of the food warm, you of course shrug and say " I have no idea why everyone else meals don't look like this, more of us would eat in school instead of packing a meal if it was always like this."

Dzaya looks over at it, and stabs at the noddles with a fork and eats it and says " I agree, its almost as good as homemade. Either when I make it or my mother."

About this time Viktor comes out of the roof door followed by Yuri, and they walk over to the table and sit down across from you. Dzaya decides to stand up and shift sides, and sit down next to you. Your unsure if you were suppose to sit down next to her or not to start with, one more reason why the events of the past few hours are aggravating. Either way Viktor and Yuri are staring open mouth at you as they look at the number of bite marks and hickeys on your neck.

As calmly as you can you ask " Is there something on my face?"

Viktor looks from you to Dzaya and asks " Did you do that to him?"

Dzaya shakes her head and says " Nope, and either did Cora so don't bother asking her."

Yuri then looks at Dzaya as if to try and tell if she is lying and after he figures what he wants he says " I then have to ask who the hell attacked you, and was it even human?"

You reach down and rub the lipstick and it smudges, and you smile and say " I am pretty sure the lipstick around the marks clearly explain that what did attack me was human, thou honestly I don't remember it happening." Your friends look at you funny as if they know you lied.

Viktor grins and says to you " You lie bad, it's the reason you don't do it."

You look at him straight in the face and grin and explain " That is true, I do lie bad and it was a lie. But I am not going to explain it either, so don't bother asking. And I also suggest you try to keep Anton quite when he gets here, I would hate for his mood and attack of questions to upset me, and I randomly toss him off the roof."

Viktor laughs a bit as, Yuri is just looking at you as if trying to decide if you would and asks " Does that go for all of us?"

You shake your head and say " Your not stupid enough to not just shut up about it, I might add that Cora and Dzaya know what happen and how it happen. But it's up to them if they wish to explain it."

Viktor then looks down at your try and smiles and says " That looks like a good meal, I remember getting one like that after leaving the nurses office, after hurting my leg. Falling down a few steps some time ago, I enjoyed it a lot. I am sure you will too."

Yuri sizes up the meal in front of you and says " The food on that tray could mostly feed three of us, maybe four."

You look at him and say " Only two people besides me will be taking food off this tray, any others will get chopsticks put through the hand." As if to explain who can remove food from the tray, Dzaya reaches over and removes an egg roll there is at least three maybe four of them. And she starts to eat it, as she looks at her own tray she does not seem to be upset about her tray she just wanted an egg roll.

You grin and say " I think she made the point of who can." You yourself remove an egg roll and start to eat it, and you realize Yuri is indeed correct thou you are very hungry and get the feeling you should eat as much of this as you can, your pretty sure you could eat all of it if you try to hard, and you wonder if Kaylee told Cora and Dzaya not to eat much of it to make sure you get your energy. But its not til now that you look at Dzaya tray of food and it looks close to what your eating but not quite, you had not really looked at her tray to closely you figure maybe Kaylee had given them notes too but the tray of food and the size was affected by them being female?

Viktor of course smiles and says " We have not been, getting any homework all day. You guys got any ideas?"

You shrug and say " I get the feeling that once again I am not to talk about that, as much as I would like to tell you about it."

Yuri smiles and says " I over heard a teacher say, we don't get tomorrow off and we have to come in for some kinds of tests."

You nod and say " That is why we will not have homework today."

About now Anton comes through the door and like a bat of out of hell slams down next to Viktor, and at the speed he was moving. Viktor saw to it to elbow the idiot in the ribs to make a point, your unsure if it is the amount of the space Viktor had just had violated by Anton that Viktor was trying to make a point about or the marks on your neck. But he elbowed him, much to your chagrin.

Anton fixes on the hickeys quickly and asks " So who has been biting and sucking on your neck?"

You look at your friend as calm as you can considering he did not have the taste to wait a moment, and say " Its a none issue and a none subject we are not talking about it. It was not Cora or Dzaya so please re-frame from talking about it."

Anton looks at you funny and says " People don't leave marks like that on others in less they want them to talk about it."

You look at Anton and add " Cora and Dzaya know what happened, but I would prefer if we don't talk about it. Fact it's a private matter between me and other people, and I would prefer to leave it that way. Also Ms.Macbain was telling me well moving heavy equipment in the gym, that she does not like you checking out her body Anton. You really need to cut that crap out you pervert, keep it up and girls will hate you as much as the female staff seems to dislike Mr.Jackson."

You then turn to Viktor and say " You guys might not know it but Mr.Jackson is getting transferred soon, don't tell him you found this out but it will happen soon. I also want to add that I never really liked the guy, and it is one of the reasons even thou I am in the martial arts club I don't take part in contests against other schools. That and the fact I sometimes get panic attacks."

Viktor smirks and says " If by panic and attack, you mean you panic and then attack. Fact is that might be true, it might be one of the reasons you seem to almost always win when we spar. I had been thinking or trying to figure out what gives you your edge, and realized as you said it, fight or flight you decide to fight and the added physical response makes you able to do things others might not. And you might feel the fight or flight affect simply because you would rather avoid the contest as a whole, thou I don't know why."

You shrug and say " Either way, Mr.Jackson has proven a poor role model if our friend Anton here is any example of that."

Anton of course sticks out his tongue, and then says "Well it is a bummer he is leaving, but staffs in schools shift from time to time. Maybe it was just time for him to go."

You shrug and add " I have been avoiding him as best as I could for the last 3 years and your saying maybe it was just time for him to go? I got no idea how many female students and staff have been trying to avoid him in all this time."

Anton thinks for a moment and then says " Is that why you treat me like you do? Your misdirecting your issues with Mr.Jackson?"

You shrug and suggest " Maybe it is a bit of both, the fact is you do kinda remind me of him."

Viktor of course pats Anton on the back about this time saying something like "Конрад, это не никакая проблема. Вы - друзья." You know he referred to Anton as Conrad or friend, and then goes on to tell him this is no problem, and that you and him are friends. Your sure Viktor is talking about Anton and you, thou as a whole you have a hard time putting it together since you don't actively use Russian as much as some. You know Viktor and most of the martial arts club often speak in Russian to try and calm one and other down, it's strange but it seems to work. It might have to do with the way the Mongolians adopted Russian as a language to help fill the holes in there own and Chinese, but you can never be sure. Even thou most people prefer English just to make sure what is said is understood.

Anton turns to Viktor and says " Друзья хороши, Леди лучше." You of course miss what is meant by this.

But Viktor quickly says in English, " Friends are good, but you my friend have never had ladies so you would not know if they are better. And I think John, was trying to tell you being like the coach only makes you popular with the coach."

Anton nods to himself as he starts to eat his meal quietly in what your sure to be the first time in a long time, You finally say " Well now that the really annoying part of what was going to happen at this lunch is over, we as friends can move on to other things. Since Yuri already heard there is to be testing done tomorrow here at the school, we don't get the day off. But we will not be given home work."

Anton looks at you a moment before saying " At least there is some good news in that." About this time Cora comes through the door followed by Hailey and it seems Cora has a tray of food much like Dzaya as well as a few containers as she sits down next to you,as well Hailey sits next to her.

Cora then hands you a container and says " The lunch ladies said there was no room on your plate for the fruit, so they put it in here for you. Also they noticed that three of us got the meals that the nurse had prepared for people who are not feeling well to boost there spirits or whatever. But one of them asked how many friends we had and gave me a container with extra egg rolls for everyone." You smile to yourself knowing your not the only ones benefiting from the meal at least, and take the container with the fruit in it to find a sliced mango, you start to eat really digging in, it seems most of your friends had realized a long time ago you like to eat quietly or at least as quietly as possible.

Cora of course is looking at Anton shocked he is not making a fuss still, and then she takes the soda out and opens it and puts it between you two. She takes a sip and then you take one this of course gets Anton to spark an interested in what was going on and asks " So whats the deal with the soda?"

You nod and say " Toshi gave me money for three drinks, thou there was enough for two drinks and two snacks this morning. Problem is Dzaya was there." You pat her on the shoulder and then say " So there was left over change, and because I figured the change was my right to keep since he told me too. I decided on a soda, when I bought the soda. Cora asked that I get something we can both drink, now if I had more money I would have gotten three more drinks. But instead I only have the one and I think Dzaya is ok with the milk she has."

Dzaya smiles at Anton only to growl at him something like " Idiot" thou your unsure if that is what she said, and simply say " Now you know as well as I do Anton, that we don't always share or even expected to share at this table. So Dzaya can't expect me to share the drink, plus if you think about it Cora did run to find everyone. So in the least since they decided to sit here I can share the drink with her correct? Eat an egg roll and shut up already."

Yuri finally pulls his thoughts together and asks " So when is the school going to match the rest of us to girls? Or whatever the hell is going on?"

Anton once again gets loud, but before he gets a chance to talk Viktor growls at him and Anton shuts up. Yuri then says " I would guess from the fact your sharing with them, and the marks on your neck that the school did something."

You shrug and simply say " I was not given anything, I have no idea what your talking about. In less of course your talking about this great meal."

Yuri takes off his glasses and cleans them off, then puts them back on and looks at you and then says " I read things in old comics about harems, but I never figured they happen in real life."

This of course aggravates Dzaya again and she says " Who or what tells you or makes you suspect that he has a Harem let alone that anything is going on. Sure I know how he got the marks on his neck and yes it was not Cora, Hailey or myself who did it."

Hailey looks over at you and sees the marks on the side of your neck and gasps and says " Gee, you might want to have Ms.Parker look at them bite marks John."

You smirk and say " She already treated them with an ointment, I am pretty sure she does not need to look at them again."

Cora starts to snicker at this point and simply says " Not tell you all how it happen, seems like more fun then most things I have done in a while I mean. Just look at Anton squirm as he listens to us. He looks like he is about to jump up and say objection or something. I mean this is not a court or anything, you don't need to judge John. Or be so damn nosey that it annoys him, I had half figured you guys would have gotten over this before I returned."

Dzaya on the other hand looks over, and touches a few of the hickeys and asks " Does that hurt? or this? or this?"

You shake your head and say " They are painless so that is fine." Then you return back to your food as you listen to Cora try to shut up Anton as Viktor and Yuri are talking about what he thinks might be going on. Finally you hear something said your not quite sure and finally say " Alright guys, fact is you will find out what happen later in the day. I don't know entirely yet what is happening."

Yuri smirks and nods and says " It does seem like one of them days when it's best for all people to just wait and see what happens."

Anton seems to be visibly shaking when he finally says " I am the kind of guy who turns the Cereal box over to start on the bottom side so it is easier get the prize. And your telling me I have to wait til later to find out the truth? Bummer!!!"

Viktor on the other hand claps his hand to Anton's back and says " Some things are worth waiting for."

You smirk to yourself and say " Ask Ms.Macbain and Ms.Parker about that later and you might be entertained but other then that, everyone eat, I mean we can't have much time left can we?"

Hailey looks at a watch and says " 10 minutes or so, also John. Gypsy looks a bit funny running around in your dress shirt and my gym pants. Why did you not just give her your cold day running outfit?"

You shrug and say " Why did you not do that? I mean your clothes would fit her better then mine."

Anton once again perks up like the perverted little dog he is and says " You mean your other cute cousin right?"

You nod and protectively say " You know as well as I do, all of my family is hands off from you Anton. Viktor or Yuri that is another thing, but I am not going to let a lecher anywhere near them, heck you know already I barely think we should let you near your own siblings."

Anton finally says " Alright, Alright I get the point. I will stop drooling on or after everything with a pussy around me. Alright."

Dzaya smirks and says " Good start I think, now to put your statement into practice."

Hailey then says " She did not ask, she simply said she had her stuff stolen and was walking around in that state she was in. So I simply came into the locker room to get her the pants as she asked, I had not even realized it was your shirt til I noticed you did not have it on."

You shrug of course and add " I have no idea who took it, as you know I was sleeping in the office. So what could I have known about what was happening outside of it."

Hailey nods and says " Also why did I get stuck doing your work simply because you were to drunk to do it?"

You smile and point out " You wanted to help so you got **** to help, it is not my fault you wanted to help get me to gym and make sure I was ok after I go drunk correct?"

Hailey thinks for a moment and then says " I half thought that Ms.Sakei was going to **** you, so I really did not want that to happen."

This statement of course gets a reaction out of Anton, but Viktor quickly gets him to shut up with another elbow and says " Anton, if you want to talk wait your turn and stop getting excitable it is unsightly. We are almost adults the least you can do is pretend you can control yourself."

Anton calms down as much as he can and says " I did not notice that, I mean she seemed to be worried about John. I saw how much of the absinthe he had it was quite a bit."

You nod and add " It with some other physical actives, helped place me in a type of shock it was a bit bad. But it's fine, things happen you learn and then move on."

Anton then says " Did Ms.Sakei make an advance on you?"

You shake your head and say " Even if she did that is between her and I, and like most things you know damn well I would not tell it to you. Anton, you would be the first to tell the whole school and seriously that is the last thing I would want. One way or another I also will add that if events turnout as they seem to be going you will need to get over this behavior by the end of the next week or the next two weeks or you might be left out."

Yuri looks at you funny and says " So I might be right, I mean I got the information of the school mainframe. I did not over hear it, there was other information as well. But I don't think Anton can handle it much like yourself. Also the information had some blacked out parts so it clearly was stored there after someone read it and censored the file."

You look at Yuri and say " If you got information that suggests they plan to match us to girls, that is new information to me. And I can assure of this because Cora and Dzaya, they know what I know simply because Ms.Parker has a strange habit of making me drag them around since this morning more or less."

Cora sticks her tongue out as does Dzaya and they both say " Not so, we are there because we want to be not because we have to be. So stop putting it on Ms.Parker."

You then say " That seemed a little practiced, did you practice that?"

They both say " Nope."

Hailey looks at her watch and says " We better finish eating not much time left really." You look down to see your only about half done because Anton could not shut up.

Viktor then points out saying " You can mostly take that meal to your next class to finish it, when I got mine the teacher let me do that. He knows it is a large meal and takes time so they seem pretty relaxed about it."

You thank Viktor and say " Well, I guess that is good news." You look at Cora and Dzaya and they finished there meals, and are lightly picking small bits off your tray. Not a lot just a bit, the others seem to have finished the egg rolls without you realizing it. So you offer the mango to the girls you had eaten about half of it, so no reason to eat all of it. They take it and eat it up, almost as fast as you gave it to them. You take one last sip of the soda and give the can back to Cora to finish. Looking down at the tray seeing it is still about half full you kinda wonder if you can finish it in 20 or 30 minutes, if no one is bothering you.

Before the bell rings you turn to Yuri and say " I suggest you try not to prob to deep, into understanding how this day is working or the days to come. I would stick to the intelligent guesses that can be made from what others say and less to probing of computer systems, because as you know hacking is illegal."

Yuri agrees and says " Yeah, as I said sometimes waiting to see is part of the fun. I will stop probing the network, no reason to get in trouble for something I will learn about sooner or later anyway."

Viktor looks over and Hailey and smiles and says " So Hailey." His voice seems a bit deeper and thicker in an Russian accent then normal he then says " What do you say, you and I go see a movie or something."

Hailey looks over to you then at Viktor and shrugs and says " I am busy, things to do. Things I am not even sure about but things to do, no hard feelings thou." Hailey gets up to leave she is the first to go.

You turn to the group and decide to explain, you think Cora and Dzaya already know from spending time with her. But you should tell the others at least, but before you get into it you say " Anton I am about to say something that will make you flip a possible gasket I need you to stay calm as you are right now, alright?"

Anton nods and you say " Hailey told me on the way to the gym earlier that I might have been adopted, I am unsure if this is true. Viktor this might be one of the reasons she turned you down. The reason she over heard this from her parents was because she told them at some point, mostly after her mother or father asked her why she did not have a boyfriend that she thought I was cute. She said her parents flipped out and all she mainly understood was them arguing over if its right or wrong. And the fact I was adopted. As I said this is the first time I heard about it."

Anton looks at you as seriously as possible and says " You know, now that you say that. I always figured you looked nothing like most of your family if not all of them. I mean Your cousins all look different as does your brother and sisters, and your father and mother. So of the family of yours I have meet that does make some sense."

You shrug and say " Sometimes Looks and looking a like can skip a generation or two, there is no telling I might look just like a great grandfather or something."

Viktor looks at you and nods and says " No worry, no hard feelings. I like many other girls, so no worry my friend."

You look at Anton a second and say " You took that a bit better then I expected, I half expected you to tell me to go fuck my sister."

Anton looks at you a second and says " Nope, I said I would behave and behave I will."

Cora kisses you on the cheek and Dzaya the other, One whispers " See you later." The other whispers " See you soon" so you figure this means they did not practice the other speeches as they suggested. It just so happen there feelings based on the events all of you have taken part in today kinda worked to them explaining or saying the same thing. Anton nods and smirks to himself at seeing the girls kiss you as they go up to return the trays and to go back to the gym.

Yuri gets up and says " Come on John, time for English."

Viktor adds " Be well my friend til later."

Anton just smirks and walks off, you of course take your tray and follow behind Yuri to English. The walk is a bit more then you had expected from the roof, thou you rarely eat on the roof which is why you did not expect the added distance to get to English.
