As you reach for the door to the bedroom, you hesitate. Something has you doubting yourself. What is it? Nerves? No, not exactly. Guilt? Maybe a little, but no more than you usually feel when you go cheating on Dave so you're used to that. I wonder if he feels guilty when he's cheating on me, you muse for a moment. Jealousy, maybe? Jealous of whom, these other women? That feels closer to the mark. You weren't expecting them. You thought you would have Ryan and his friends all to yourself. You didn't think you were going to have to share, and you're not sure if you like the idea. Does that make me selfish, you think to yourself. Maybe it does. It doesn't matter though. You're here now, and you're going to enjoy yourself. No sense in worrying about these other ladies ruining your fun. Taking a deep calming breath, you open the door and step inside.

Looking around the room, you size up the... no. You shouldn't be thinking of these ladies as your competition. Jessica looks up at you briefly and smiles before looking the other way nervously as you glance in her direction. Brittany is furiously texting on her phone, completely oblivious to anyone else in the room. Li-mei is sitting on the bed writing in a spiral notebook. She pauses just long enough to give you a welcoming smile before resuming her studious scribbling. You can't help but be struck by just how different each of you are. Now that you're away from the men for a few minutes, maybe you should try getting to know the other ladies a little better before the party begins.
