Get the nurse!

"Okay, Stacey, just hold on a moment. I'll get some help!"

With that, you leave the poor girl in the puddle of her own breast milk, and run to the nurses office. As you return with the nurse, you see that Stacey has drawn quite a crowd, with boys and girls alike gawking at the girl as she lay against the lockers, tears steaming down her face as she tried to cover herself, while still trying to milk herself

"What on Earth do you all think you are doing!" The nurse yelled, a look of exasperation on her face. "Get back to class, all of you! You too, Doe, I'll take care of Miss Keller."

With that, the nurse takes off the jacket of her uniform and drapes it around Stacey, doing enough to cover her tits, but quickly darkening as the breast milk soaked the fabric. As Stacey is persuaded to pick herself up off the floor, you turn back towards class, you hear someone shuffle up behind you.

"John..."

You turn to see Stacey, tears in your eyes, standing behind you. She pulls you close her enormous breasts pressing against you, and kisses you on the cheek.

"Thank you"

As you stammer out a reply, she turns and follows down the hall, leaving a small trail of milk as she goes. You also realise that her pressing against you has made your top look like you've had a lactation accident of your own. Wiping off most of the excess, you return into the classroom.

Nobody saw Stacey Keller for about two weeks after that. Apparently she was in hospital for most of that; the rumour was it took ten days just to get her small enough to leave the ward! When she finally did return, she was still far more top-heavy than before, roughly a DD-cup, and she still occasionally had 'accidents'.
