Get out of there!

Dean immediately ran out of his father's room and found himself in the bathroom. He found himself in front of the sink, splashing water on his face. "This can't be happening..." he continually whispered to himself. He looked at his reflection, spotting his father in the background. She had put on a shirt and jeans, covering up the lingerie that her son had seen her in. "We should talk," she said.

They made their way downstairs. Dean was given a cup of coffee by the women that his father had become. "What do I even ask?" Dean lightly chuckled. "Why am I a woman?" the woman asked, sipping on her own cup of coffee. "Dean...I loved your mother. I truly did. But, while you were away at college, I was...experimenting. With guys. I started taking X-Change, which is why you see me like this now. I told your mother that I was having these thoughts...about having sex with guys but still being with her. We had an argument. Then she said she wanted a divorce." There was a visible tear in her eye. The thought was still fresh enough for her.

"Anyway, I...tried to take my mind off of it. I turned the basement into a man-cave. And, to make a little bit of money, I brought guys home. Both when I was on and off X-Change. Dean...I love being your father...but I also love being a woman. Dani is a part of me. And, if you allow it, a part of your life too."

Dani smiled softly and placed a hand on her son's shoulder. Dean didn't reply, still sipping on his cup of coffee. "Dean...I love you," she said, standing up. "I just don't know what to say..." Dean replied. "That's okay, son," Dani replied. "If you want to take your mind off of this, you can go downstairs and explore this man-cave. Your game collection is downstairs. The pill wears off in about eight hours so if you don't want to see me until then, I totally understand. But, if you'd like, you can come back upstairs and I can show what I do on this pill. Again, this is completely up to you."

Dani kissed Dean's forehead after finishing her cup and went back upstairs. Dean sat there for a while, contemplating his options. He could take his mind off of everything, or see how deep the rabbit hole went.
