Get out and stretch his leg.

Pants around his ankles, Alex wasn’t able to stretch his leg out enough to stop the cramp from continuing. Opening up Alex was barely able to pull himself from the car and stand up. Pants still around his feet, Alex had to lean against the roof of the station wagon with his hands and then push one leg back out behind him as he tried to ease the cramp away with stretching.

It took a couple of minutes but eventually, Alex was able to get the cramp under control. Gingerly he leaned down, worried his hamstring might go off again and picked up the tops of his trousers. He hadn’t worried about being exposed when other more important things were going on. Pulling the button towards its hole Alex turned around for the first time and was shocked to see a woman looking at him with very shocked eyes.

Short and petite, Alex recognized the girl as one of the Filipino cleaners who worked in the Sunshine Mall. How long had she been standing there?

“No, no, no, no,” Alex held his arms out like a ‘hands up’ sign.

He’d only intended for her to somehow possibly not say anything about this to the centre manager and his boss. Alex hadn’t done his pants up again yet and they dropped to his ankles, exposing himself again. This time front on to the woman.

“Fuck! Shit!” Alex cursed and bent over to pick up his trousers quickly causing his hamstring to cramp once again. “Argh, fuck!” he groaned as the pain debilitated him and he fell over.

Alex didn’t know if he should be relieved but by the time he managed to get his body under control and himself back upright, the woman and her car had gone. Driven off in fright by his overexposure. Alex was sick with worry on his way back home that night thinking he was guaranteed to be fired tomorrow when returned to work next. The stress taking away from any lingering thrill that he’d had sex with Chloe for the second time today.

It was that same impending sense of Doom that filled Alex when he returned to the Sunshine Mall for work the next day. Alex had every feeling that he’d be told to hand his uniform back in when he arrived but to his surprise, nothing at all happened. His boss John Anderson didn’t say anything other than to send him out on foot patrols of the centre once he got there.

Alex’s hamstring ached when he walked still and he did a lot of walking. He would skip the gym until the pain went away. At least he only had to get through today and then he had three days off. As he worked, Alex made a stop at his bank to deposit the money Chloe had given him last night. It would go some of the way to catching him up on his credit card statement. Alex was over 4 months behind but now with this money, he’d only be 2. It was a start in any case. When he got his first week's paycheck he might only be a month behind then and could look at his next debt.

The other thing Alex had to be grateful for was that he hadn’t come across the Filipino cleaner he’d flashed his cock to. He’d kept an eye out for her but it had been some other ladies pushing the cleaning carts that day.

While looking for her, Alex had also been looking for Chloe. He woke to the fact that he really did want to see her again and not just for sex or to make more money from stolen goods. He genuinely wanted to see her just for her and to find out more about her. She was a complete enigma so far.

The only interesting thing of note that day was catching another shoplifter in the act. A mom had stolen some cheap jewellery from one of the stores and Alex had been called to follow her. The woman hadn’t been able to run as she’d been pushing her baby in a stroller. Alex had brought her and her child into the security department. She’d turned over the stolen merchandise and when she wasn’t looking Alex slipped a bracelet into his pocket and not into the evidence bag. He didn’t know if it was worth anything but Chloe might know. Just where was she?

Alex remained at home for the next two days nursing his sore leg. On the third day, he was feeling better enough to go back to the Sunshine Mall and work out in the gym after a small break.
