With you, Lindsay and Mary already up, Mary proposes to get breakfast started. You and Lindsay are sitting outside -- it's a fine morning -- looking at the route for today, and figuring on where to stop and when Lindsay should turn back toward home in her little stick-shift sedan.

Priscilla comes back from the direction of the camp store, looking showered and refreshed, a towel over her shoulder. "Going my way?" she asks as she sees you and Lindsay pointing at the map. "Suleiman has to get back to his wife and family, but my plans are open."

Lindsay and Priscilla spend a little time getting acquainted, laughing at little things that they have in common.

Mary pops her head out the side door of the RV. "Pickings are a little slim for breakfast," she says. "Milk spoiled while the RV was stuck in the shop."

Priscilla waves. "Hi Mary! We're actually over-packed for breakfast, we had a no-show, and Greg is leaving early. So we're double over on milk and eggs and pancake mix, let me get them."

The petite, fifty-ish adventuress prances off in her fancy tennis shoes to fetch the Terrible Vacation **** Fuck Reunion's overabundance of breakfast loot to make up your loss.

With Mary running the kitchen, the raw materials turn into a mountain of breakfast in short order. There are times when working in a diner, even if Mandy is the cook to Mary's waitressing, sets you up to be the star of the show. Somewhere halfway through breakfast, with the Terrible Vacation crew filtering in by ones and twos on this morning after, Lindsay and Priscilla disappear into the RV while you're busy running pancakes, eggs, and potatoes from door to the group camp's central picnic tables.

Once breakfast is over, it's your duty to run the RV to the dump site -- plenty of tankage left, but you want to practice before it really matters, and it does take a little fussing to get it right -- so that when you get back, you see Mary, Lindsay, and Priscilla smiling at you, while the rest of the reunion campers have left, including Suleiman, who had been Priscilla's ride.

"So, looks like you gals have figured today out," you say. "Do I take it that Miz Priscilla is our guest for the road?"

Priscilla laughs. "They talked me into it," she says. "Lindsay's going to pass along her lucky pin to help with your traveling luck."
