Get Out Of There

Looking at your mom with tear filled eyes you see her face and nightgown covered in blood, beneath the blood on her face she looks sickly and the exposed parts of her body that aren't covered in blood look pale.

As you are caught in a trance of looking at how different your mom looks you almost don't realize she is now coming for you, that is until you feel a hand pulling you back. So surprised and shocked at everything that was happening you stumble backwards on top of your brother.

In a panic both of you try to get up as fast as you can and do just before your mom had tried to jump onto you. Scrambling to get out you hear your brother wince looking back you see your mom has dug her nails into his leg trying to get hold of him while she got close with her snapping teeth. You reach down dragging your brother away pushing him towards the door and as you turn around to take a look at your parents for the final time, your mother who seems to have gone crazy and then your dad ripped apart lifeless on the bed only to see him twitch before your brother pulled you out and slammed the door shut.

You and your brother sit on the ground outside the room looking at each other not knowing what to say. "He moved" you finally say only for your brother to ask what your talking about "Dad moved, just at the end he moved...." you respond. "Your just in shock okay I'm in shock too i have no idea how to explain what I just saw in there" your brother says."No, Dad Fucking moved" and with that you ramble on about how you tought he was dead and maybe he wasn't dead and if so we have to go in and help, to which you get up ready to do that only for your brother to stop you."He's dead" he says with tears streaming down his face as he puts his hands on your shoulders. You embrace him bringing him into a hug and feel as tought you should say something and when you do go to speak banging and clawing at the door are all that can be heard.

You and your brother look at each other wondering what to do.
