Get Miss Stevens involved

Your prefects exit the room, leaving you and Doe together. You type up a document with the new rules. When Miss Stevens arrives to check on your progress, you hand it to her. She reads it at once over the intercom.

“May I have your attention students. I have a policy from your new prefects that I am about to read, so pay attention.” Miss Stevens pauses a moment and then starts to read the actual policy into the microphone. “Effective immediately, all students will adhere to Section 3, Subsection 2, Paragraph 4 of the school policy. Any violation of this policy will be punished by the prefects, as they deem appropriate.” Miss Stevens again pauses to allow it to sink in and then continues as if agreeing to what is written next. “All faculty will adhere to Section 9, Subsection 3, Paragraph 4 which reads, ‘All faculty shall adhere to Section 3, Subsection 2, Paragraph 4 of the school policy.' ”

Miss Stevens turns off the microphone and asks, “What do those policies say?”

You answer, “It says that only school issued uniforms can be worn during all school activities, and since underwear is not a school issued item, they cannot be worn while engaged in school activities.”

Miss Stevens looks shocked. She takes out the policy and reads it several times and then says in defeat. “I guess you’re correct. Until we get this policy changed, which might take six months at best, we will have to adhere to it. Thanks for bringing the oversight to my attention.”

Miss Stevens gets up from behind her desk, moves in front of it and says, “Since I’m head of discipline for this school, I’ll start by making myself conform to the policy.” Miss Stevens raises the hemline of her dress and lowers the panties she is wearing, and steps out of them. She then reaches behind her back and unhooks and removes her bra.

Doe says with a smile "Miss Stevens, the skirt and blouse that you are wearing, also appear not to be school issue. You'll have to remove them too." Miss Stevens checks out her attire before reluctantly agreeing with Doe, and soon she is standing naked before you.

Miss Stevens again opens the microphone circuit and announces in clear language. “OK, ladies and gentlemen, what the new policy says is no underwear or bras can be worn on school property. So off with all your underwear.” Miss Stevens pauses a moment and then continues, “The prefects will be making inspection rounds starting in five minutes and anyone not conforming to the new regulations will be disciplined as they decide.”
