Get Julio to help

Approaching my friend Julio, I choose to tell him about my Mr. Bekham plight.

"I have noticed that he's oddly observant of that door. Although I have to say I have seen a few people sneaking through..." He replies, interested like me with what was.
"So you'll help me in distracting him?"
"Sure I can. I'll play the fine line between naughty and expelled, keep his attention away." He answers, bringing me instant relief.
"I do need your help with something though... There is a guy outside that is supposed to deliver me something, I figure you'll be able to meet him without raising too much suspicion, and get me the delivery. What do you say?"
