Gentle swimming

As another exercise before going seriously, the teacher would send everyone, one by one to the pool to swim gently.

It was about twenty minutes before Miranda could pass, since the teacher commanded by list order, and Miranda was among the last.

When Miranda got up, she felt her anus open for a moment, but luckily only a fart came out. Having been sitting for so long made her very dependent on the pressure applied by the floor to avoid shitting on herself.

Miranda walked to the curb, and was **** to lean as a basic position before getting into the pool. Inevitably another fart came out, making Miranda more worried.

When he heard the whistle, he immediately jumped into the pool and started swimming. As fast as Miranda wanted to swim out of that situation quickly, she would be scolded if she hurried, as it was gentle swimming.

After finishing her shift, Miranda got out of the pool and sat back down, wanting the class to end quickly so she could use the bathrooms.

After everyone passed, the teacher gave a short five-minute break.

That was the perfect opportunity for Miranda to use the bathroom. But she felt so sick to her stomach that she was afraid that the five minutes would not be enough to discharge all her poop, and the teacher is quite strict about timing.
