The pokemon in this story are all dickgirls, though differ whether they have both sets of reproductive equipment or just one. They are, on average, less intelligent than humans as well, though exceptions do exist, both on a species and individual level.

Battles are less violent, though just as dynamic, with the goal being to make the other pokemon cum first a set number of times. The trainers are allowed to get directly involved, though if an opposing pokemon or trainer makes them cum and unable to continue, they automatically lose the match. Generally, trainers only use one pokemon per battle.

For pokemon breeders, many act more like pokemon matchmakers, putting together pairs that are compatible based on mental, emotional, and physical characteristics. The most successful, however, have a rare genetic condition which allows them to take a more active role in the pokemon breeding. There are several variants to it, and more being discovered somewhat regularly.
