Gearing up for her new pet.

Isabelle walked closely behind Julie as she guided her down the street. "It's just one more store up." Julie said as continued moving forward. "Where are you taking me exactly Miss Julie?" Isabelle asked curiously following behind. "If your going to be my new pet your going to need some things. And what better place to do that..." Julie explained as she turned to face Isabelle gesturing to the store before her. "...Then the local pet shop." Isabelle peered inside curiously. "This is where we're gonna get my pet thins?" Isabelle sheepishly asked feeling humiliated by seeing the inside of the doors. "Yup and if your a good girl, I may just let you pick out your collar. Sound good?" Julie asked teasingly. "WOOF WOOF." Isabelle chimed as she felt her embarrassment peak. "Good girl, but enough of that till we get back home." Julie said.

Julie guided Isabelle in and walked her into the dog care isle. Isabelle's gaze darted side to side, paying close attention to the depiction of dogs on the promotional ads and the packaging of the various items. As much as she was worried about how she'd be treated in this agreement, Isabelle was equally excited about experiencing this all. "Alright on top of your collar and proper tags we are going to need a couple of bowls for your food and water, a leash for walkies, a nice doggie bed. OHHHhhh and maybe even a couple of toys." Julie explained as she picked up a couple of ceramic dog dishes from the shelves. "Umm are the toys really necessary?" Isabelle asked as she picked up a yellow plastic bone from a toy bin. "Well yeah. You need stimulation other than the kind I offered last night." Julie said teasing Isabelle. "I just don't see what dog of this world could possibly find so stimulating over these things." Isabelle puzzled as she squeezed the bone in her hand. "EEEEEEP" Isabelle squealed as the toy squeaked in her hand. Puzzled by what happened Julie looked at her and asked "You good?" A moment of silence passed as Julie looked down at her friend. Soon Isabelle began to repeatedly squeeze the bone in her hand. "THIS IS AMAZIIIIIINNNNNGGGG" She squealed in delight at the simple toy in her hand. "Ok We'll get this for you then." Julie said as she took the toy from her hand.

After ten minutes of shopping around it was time to pick a collar out for Isabelle. "Any of these speak to you Izzy?" Julie asked teasing the shih tzu. Isabelle gazed upon the large selection of collars before her. The selection seemed almost seemed overly menacing to her. Before long though she found what seemed perfect for her. "This one here." Isabelle said as she picked up a collar which eerily seemed similar to her normal green plaid sweater vest. Julie could only giggle at her choice "Oh yeah. I'd say this fits you perfectly." She said as she added the collar to the collection of dog apparel they had gathered. "Come on now Izzy, time to check out." Julie teased as Isabelle happily skipped behind.
