Appearance: A lean, handsome young man with short cut dark hair and the beginnings of a beard on his face. Garrick has grey eyes and an easy manner, but under the surface there is a hint of aggression. He wears cheap leather with a chainmail shirt and carries very little of value, except the sword on his belt. It is not one of the highest quality, but the weapon appears far more valuable than anything else he carries.

Personality: Garrick is young, and full of the cockiness and overconfidence that comes with that youth. He is braver than most, but that does not make him stupid, and despite his willingness to take on low odds, he is not likely to throw himself into something that will absolutely get him killed. He is intelligent but has not learned to use his cunning yet.

Backstory: Garrick was born to a King's Landing blacksmith and a seamstress, and he spent his early childhood helping his parents work, earning whatever coin he could. As he reached adolescence, he fell in with a gang of street rats, often stealing and fighting, though he found the latter much easier than the former. His fighting started off as simple brawls, sometimes with other groups of street children, other times with his friends. After a few years of this, and of begging, he finally convinced his father, who was a soldier before a blacksmith, to teach him how to use a sword. He learned quickly and became a decent warrior, though he still has far to go. When he turned eighteen years of age, his father gifted him a sword and a dagger, freshly forged, and told him that once he earned enough, he would be able to go off on the adventures he so desired, despite his mother's objections. Garrick worked hard until his twenty first name day, where he had finally earned enough coin to become a sellsword, and so he visited the Dancing Wolf tavern to begin his journey.
