Garrett Ross, founder of a new prestigious school

Garrett Ross had accumulated a large sum of money over his lengthy career as a real estate investor. Now that he was approaching his later years, he had a vision that he wanted to realize before he got too old. A pervert by nature, Garrett had always dreamed of creating a finishing school for young ladies that would serve as a playground for Garrett to test his disciplinary ideas.

The school took only a year to build since Garrett had many contacts in the construction industry due to his previous occupation. It was centered on a massive hill that overlooked a large town and resembled a medieval castle in some regards. Garrett then used his vast wealth and reputation to recruit some of the best (and most perverted) teachers in the country. He spread the word of his new school to the upper class elite to convince them to enroll their daughters. Of course, since Garrett wanted all types of beautiful women to attend his school, he also offered full scholarships to middle and lower class ladies, who jumped at the opportunity.

The disciplinary guidelines were Garrett's main priority when outlining the ideals of the school. He developed everything from a dress code to corporal punishments to help mold the students into model women. The dress code consisted of a pair of white panties, a plaid skirt that covered three-fourths of the girl's buttocks, thigh-high stockings, high-heeled dress shoes, and a white crop-top that tied in the front. Any other clothing, including bras, were forbidden.

By employing this dress code, Garrett sought to maintain the students' modesty while also making sure that a substantial amount of skin would still be showing. Plus, it also had the added benefit of making the removal of clothing relatively easy.

Punishments were structured in a way that allowed for creativity and flexibility while also providing limits on what was acceptable. For instance, the standard punishment for not turning in a homework assignment would be 20-30 bare-bottom spankings. This punishment could be substituted for other options, however, such as a session of painful anal sex with little lubrication. The exact punishments is ultimately left up to the teacher who administers it.

The classes at the school would consist of mainly subjects that would prepare the women for a life as a stay-at-home mother or a trophy wife. Since it was a finishing school, it took the place of college for young women that did not have the intelligence or interest in getting a degree. Classes would include things such as cooking, etiquette, physical education, and basic first-aid training. For the more ambitious students, more academic classes, like economics or history, would also be offered.

With a sizable student body and a lengthy code of conduct, Garrett Ross was poised to begin the first year of his new school. He'd be serving as the principal/headmaster for the time-being. Though, he hoped to eventually hire someone to take care of the more mundane aspects of the job. Garrett was aware that the school would experience growing pains in its first few months, but he was fully prepared to face any challenge and implement new rules as necessary.
