Game #0 – Round 5 Part 1

I felt a new pair of dice appear in my hand and 9 cards slid out from the deck and onto the table. Still flustered Katelyn's most recent change, I tossed the dice onto the table and did my best to focus on the cards after I saw that I had rolled a 5. Noticing several cards that could potentially dumb Katelyn down I glanced up at the TV and saw there was only 1 mana available for me to use. "Give me pick one less." I said to the man. Looking back down at the cards I still wasn't satisfied with my options. "Alright let's do a plus 2 mana and a redraw." Instantly a new set of cards appeared on the table. "Okay..." This set was much more to my liking. "This will work." I felt a pair of dice appear in my hand and I tossed them on to the table.

The pair of dice bounced a couple times on the table and came to a stop on 4 and 5. Katelyn, who had been quietly observing me, leaned forward to read the Submissive Silence and Spell: Forever Young cards that had slid forward. After reading the cards Katelyn looked back at me. Her beautiful eyes told me that she desperately didn't want the Submissive Silence card. "Give me Forever Young." I told the man. The expression on Katelyn's face instantly changed to relief and she mouthed the words thank you.

Feeling another pair of dice appear in my hand I tossed them out onto the table. Rolling a 3 and an 8, the Extraordinary Juggs and Playing with Your Hair cards slid forward. Katelyn quickly leaned down and read the cards. She looked back at me with a concerned look on her face. "Don't worry. I know what I'm doing here." I said pointing tapping the Extraordinary Juggs card. Instantly 4 new cards popped into existence on the table. Perky was the card I was after, but I was worried that the two dice in my hand didn't give me good enough odds to land it. Seeing that Katelyn's mana had climbed up to 2, I pointed at the TV. "Let me buy another dice." I felt a third dice appear in my hand and I tossed all three of them onto the coffee table. I let out a sigh of relief when I saw that I had rolled two 3's and a 2. "Perky." I said glancing at Katelyn who looked equally relieved.

Feeling two more dice appear in my hands I glanced over to check Katelyn’s mana pool. With the pool still sitting at 0, I tossed the pair of dice onto the coffee table. When the two dice finally came to a stop I could see I had rolled a 1 and a 5. The Personality and Weird Science cards slid out from the line of cards. Katelyn once again leaned down to read them, but I motioned for her to sit back up. " This one is easy. Give me Weird Science." I said looking over at Katelyn. "Don't worry that card will boost your brain... and your beauty." I felt a bit awkward being that honest, but it would dumb not to take advantage of the effects of the Beautiful Mind card.

"Um. Thanks..." Katelyn said hesitantly.

I wasn't sure if the submissive card had calmed her down or if she was just mentally worn out from everything, but in any case I wasn't complaining that she had become a lot more docile. Feeling two new dice appear in my hand, I tossed them onto the coffee table. The 1 and the 2 two I had rolled triggered the Personality and Panty Dropper cards to slide forward. "Shit..." I mumbled being torn between the two cards. The Panty Dropper card was a bit awkward, but it seemed like it could be circumvented by not wearing panties. Then again, trying to cheat the cards on a technicality seemed like a bad idea. Plus, some personality cards were quite interesting. "Personality." I said letting out a sigh. I felt a pair of dice appear in my hand as I watched the Personality card split into 12 cards that stretched out across the table.

"O wow..." Katelyn gasp next to me.

Katelyn's current personality probably fell somewhere between the Sweet and Bubbly card and the Anxious card. It wasn't the worst personality to have, but there were aspects of it that I didn't really enjoy. Quickly scanning through the cards I focused in on Gamer and Tomboy, both of which I found very intriguing. Glancing over at Katelyn I could see the prospect of having her personality rewritten was making her nervous. "I could buy another card..." I thought looking up at her mana pool which was at 0. "Let's do a +2 mana and then I want to buy a dice." I said turning to the man. He grinned and nodded at me. Feeling an extra dice appear in my hand I tossed all three dice out onto the table.

"Well aren't you a lucky fuck." The man quipped after seeing that I had rolled a 1, 5, and 12.

The Sweet and Bubbly card, the Slut card, and the Tomboy card all slid forward. I knew exactly what card I was going with, but I gave Katelyn time to lean down and read the cards. "You're gonna give me Tomboy aren't you?" She said looking back over her shoulder. I smiled at her and nodded yes. Looking over at the man I pointed to the Tomboy card. The rest of the cards disappeared and the four cards from this round moved to the center of the table.
