Gaige explains the Shower Stream

“Yeah! What shower stream?!” Blake demanded, glaring at Aelita before realizing who she was yelling at and looked around nervously as if the Gardner family’s discipline supervisor Bayoneta would pop out of the shadows. She briefly flashbacked to the supplementary training she was assigned while the main harem members were on the honeymoon vacation. “....sorry.”

“Don’t be sorry, what shower stream?!” Gwen Tennyson stood up and demanded with many voices rising up to also give their two cents. Suki was giving Katara a fierce scowl.

“Whoa! Why is everyone acting so crazy,” Gaige waved her hands, drawing attention to herself. “I’m pretty sure we told everyone about it before on the intro tours. It was only the third bathroom and you had to flip the marked switch to turn it on anyway.”

(About month previous)

“And here is the last bathroom, perfect for two people to use at the same time if you catch my drift,” Gaige laughed as she gave the latest set of arrivals to the house a grand tour. The gaggle of Characters just looked bored and tired in their rumpled pajamas; the group was made up of Blake, Suki, Rayla, Callie, Marie, Alex and Gwen Stacy. The bathroom was moderately large and was slightly illuminated by a thin stream of light from the window. Gaige took the tour group’s non-reaction in stride and continued. “And if you’re really feeling adventurous, you can turn on the Shower Stream with just a flip of this switch. And thanks to the Anime Censorship Mist, you don’t have to worry about giving eyefuls. We also have Convenient Light Beam–?” Evidently, someone did not appreciate the long tour.

“Hey, it's a fancy shower, we get it! Can we go back to bed now?” Blake hissed with bags under her eyes. “It's 6 in the morning!” Gaige looked at the time using a helpful wall tablet.

“It’s only…yup it's 6:30 am. Did I work through the night again?” She at the very least looked apologetic as the group complained and shuffled back to their rooms. When Rayla finally shut the door on Gaige, she just chuckled awkwardly to herself before glancing at the switch she pointed out and then at the hidden camera. “Well, if I’m already here…can’t keep the Gaigeheads waiting…”

The former Vault Hunter flipped the switch and stood in front of the shower to strip off her grease and oil stained clothes before hopping in the shower and lathered herself with the available soaps and elixirs. Steam quickly filled the room as several barely discernible red lights started blinking from hidden places in the room.

“And then that bastard YugaHOEttie started commenting about my ‘boney ass’ andhow I was only good looking next to James,” the redheaded cyborg gritted her teeth and clenched a fist around a wrench as she continued on a long tangent. “They’re always trolling on my streams.”

“They have longest ban time of all trolls,” Shampoo chimed in. “I challenged them to ‘friendly’ duel but they not arrive at challenge time.” Aelita was bemused, she didn’t know how to feel about Shampoo daring people online to fight her nor the fact that she had gone out for these fights.

“We might need to talk with James about you going out to fights without telling anyone,” Aelita finally decided.

“Yes, our husband would like to know the betting odds and the ticket price,” Starfire giggled jokingly before she tapped on the presentation to bring up a list of potential jobs. “Not that the Shower has been cleared up, can we talk about potential jobs? Yes?”

“No, we are gonna talk about the Shower!” Tatsumaki started glowing with a visible green aura. “Why was my name at the top of the Shower earners!” As the shouting started escalating, Aelita could only sigh and hope that James was enjoying the Mall and finding everything.
