Cassidy hesitated then she spoke, "I've... been having some problems, lately my parents have been having problems back at home want me to come back they're divorcing and they want me to make a choice of who to go with... and I'm not sure what to do." She said.

Gabriela nodded, "So it's taking your mind off studying and making it harder to concentrate right?" She deduced. Cassidy nodded, "What do they offer?" She asked.

Cassidy sighed, "Well technically my dad is the one whose funding for me to come here." she pointed out, "But my mom helps with talking to the right people for advice on teaching. Not to mention she needs help with my aunt whose staying with her..." she explained, "They both work but dad's job pays a bit better but he's usually gone for most of the day while Mom's job pays less but she works mostly from home... not that I live at home I live in the dorms but I visit when I can." she finished.

Gabriela thought on it then she came to a conclusion, "There's no way for you to get benefits from both? It's not your fault they're splitting up, the least they can do is support you regardless of their own feelings toward each other that's their mess to sort out not yours. If they refuse you can try going on your own, you'd have to take a loan to pay but I think you can pay it off in the coming years if you work hard enough." Gabriela honestly said.

Cassidy was silent thinking about it, "I'll try, thanks Ms. Torres." she said smiling hopefully. She left, as she turned Gabriela's eyes glued onto Cassidy's big butt, as she opened the door and left.
