Gabie vs John - Very First Time

John arrived in court almost an hour earlier than requested because he would like to discuss the case with his client and clean up the small little details. The details were basically going over the insurance contract he signed. This was going to be pretty easy because this is pretty much a open and shut case for John.

However, 15 minutes before starting Gabie arrived in the room where John and his client were preparing for their case and she started with, "Hey John how are you?" and John looked at Gabie and said, "Howdy Gabie, I am doing absolutely wonderful. Are you here for a settlement already?"

Gabie and John then looked each other in the eyes and this was kind of an alpha stare off. But John backed down because he thought it was childish.

"No no no, I am here just here to tell your client to drop the case." Gabie said without looking at the client and addressing John. "And why would I do..." before John could finish his sentence, he felt his arm pulled by his client and when Gabie looked at that, she said, "I will give you boys some space, but give me your response in about 12 minutes."

And that was it. After that she left, and my client, Mr. Gabriel started crying and saying, "How can I be so stupid?" etc. etc. John was so confused at this point and asked his client, what is happening? And his client then started telling him the tale of how he messed up so bad.
