( this is going to be an Op devil fruit when awakened)( if you are not familiar with futanari or futas it's basically being a hermaphrodite or if you don't know what that means then it's being both male and female at the same time)

The futa futa fruit the only fruit that can be eaten even if a person has already eaten another devil fruit it's base effect anyone who eats it becomes a futa regardless of original gender. users semen is addictive it also has beneficial effects on those who take it into themselves regardless of way.
