Freyja

You find Freyja by the entrance of her household. You follow her inside, to long hallways filled with dreadful silence now that Odin is no longer there, to old armories with rusted weapons, and finally to a spacious room, where the fire burned low.

You ponder on the goddess. Her body looked young, perhaps no older than her twenties, but there was a lingering sadness about her. Wisdom. Her curves were more discreet than the others, but she was by no means homely. She had black hair and wider hips, but you could tell little else under her chaste dress.

"You are so quiet Lucius. Is there something on your mind?" She asks as she rekindles the fire. There are a dozen of things, actually, so you just give a non committed answer. She chuckles softly. "You can be a sweet heart, do you know that?"

"... Why did it have to be Val to gather the Valkyrior again?" you dont really question their wisdom, but it was a place to start. She pours you wine in a golden goblet.

"Because she is their leader. She should choose her companions, no? Because none of us are warriors, nor are we interested in becoming warriors. Because she chose wisely. You can pick your answer." There was something patronizing about her tone, like a mother speaking to a child.

"It weights heavy on her shoulders." you comment, and she agrees. You drink. "Will our plan work?"

"Are you looking for assurance from a Goddess? This should be what you mortals call faith" She has a sardonic smile, but you see past it. Doubt, hope. Without the other two, the All-Mother is just as lost as any other person. "But it will be good to have this house filled with children again."

"You must be lonely these days" you comment, trying to build your resolve. Despite her beauty, there was very little eroticism about the Goddess. She was Odin's wife, the mother of gods...
