Shepard struggled to get access to her omni tool as she worked to overload the binds. It took a bit but she was finally able to do so as she binds broke apart freeing her arms and legs. She stood up but still needed to get out of the cell.
She also watched as Jack began completely destroying her apartment. She sighed as she watched the very expensive bottle of champagne shatter onto the satin sheets. She finally was able to overload the lock to the cell and was able to get out. No one seemed to be around so Shepard looked around.
She stopped in her tracks as she came across another cell where an **** Miranda laid. Shepard bypassed the lock and ran inside. “Miranda…” Shepard said gently as she touched her.
Her body was cold. But Shepard checked her pulse and it was still beating. Shepard lifted Miranda into her arms bridal style and began walking hoping to find some escape. Shepard didn’t even know where they were. She tried her Normandy comms. “Can anyone hear me? We need a rescue. Track my location. I don’t know where we are. This is Shepard with Miranda. We need help.”
Shepard sighed as she was met with static. Shepard tried to contact someone but each time she was met with static. Shepard continued to walk and then stopped as they seemed to enter a control room. They were underground somewhere and there was comm interference.
But Shepard managed to put out a distress signal. She then turned to Miranda who was still out cold. “What did they do to you…” Shepard muttered.
She felt Miranda’s body and it was cold. Shepard noticed a few marks on Miranda’s body that seemingly ruined Miranda’s perfectly crafted body. “How long have they had you…” Shepard mumbled. “How did no one notice?”
Miranda didn’t wake as they waited for some kind of response.
