Francis's victims

At the grocery store, Francis smears a dab of deep-heating muscle cream on the checker's anus. When he pulls her pants and panties back, he gives her a massive wedgie. He feels badly about taking the money from the register as he doesn't want to get this cutie fired, so he puts the money back and instead liberates some money from the wallets of customers who look like they are fairly well off. Outside he yanks the cops pants down to her ankles. He then cuts the buttons off her shirt. Lastly he handcuffs her left wrist to her right ankle around a parking meter. He wonders who to observe first: the checker or the cop.
