Jane woke with a start. The phone was ringing. She glanced outside and saw it was raining. She hoped that he hadn't been standing out there for too long. She ran towards the phone, only for it to stop ringing. "Ugh" she thought, "I should have placed the phone closer to my bed." She quickly turned on the hot water for the bath and quickly stripped down to her birthday suit, then stood by the phone hoping it was John and not someone else. As soon as it started ringing, she picked it up.

"Hey Jane," came John's voice from the other side, "I didn't wake you up, did I?"

"Awww, thats so thoughtful of you," she replied sweetly, "Don't worry, you didn't wake me, I was taking a bath when you first called, and didn't pick up in time. You haven't been standing out there too long, have you? It's raining."

"Huh, it is, must have just started."

"Ok, that's good. Here, I'll let you in before you get wet." She pressed a button and the lobby door unlocked for him. "My apartment is on floor 5, suite 567. I'll leave my door unlocked for you, just let yourself in and lock the door, make yourself at home, I'll be done my bath soon."
