Formal, yet revealing!

Mike had decided throughout English that further changes could be made to the uniform. The girls were all wearing trousers, which despite being appropriate formal wear, were not appropriate for Mikes vision of the world.

New Rule: Girls Uniform at Washington High now forbids trousers. Only skirts that come to no less than two inches above the knee are allowed to be worn

English class ended just as Mike finished the writing into the book. Looking up, he saw multiple girls now wearing skirts, with many also wearing tights that hugged their legs. Most of the girls had to pull their skirts down after standing up as they had ridden up when seated. Those not wearing tights were revealing more that just a little a bit of bare cheek upon standing. Mike had found a great balance between formal and revealing! He remained sat at his desk as to conceal his erection as the next class walked into the room.

Abigail was the fourth student in, he breasts bounced and her tanned, smooth legs were on display, they seemed to go on forever in her short skirt. Mike enjoyed the view, and decided that he did not want it to end anytime soon.

New Rule: Mike Brosnon is in all the same classes as Abigail Richards, when possible, the two must be paired together and sit next to each other.

Upon finishing the rule, Mike watched as Abigail stood up and moved from the desk in front of her and placed her briefcase on the one next to Mike. He continued to watch as she unfastened her jacket, the last remaining support for her chest and removed it. He breasts bounced before coming to rest. She placed her jacket on the chair behind.

She looked stunning with her jumper tightly tucked into her skirt. She adjusted it further, pulling it tighter to herself, pushing her nipples against the surface. She picked one her fine brunette hairs off of the jumper, catching her breast as she did so causing it to bob up and down uncontrollably for a few seconds. As she sat on her chair, her skirt began to ride up her legs revealing a large portion of her inner-thigh. Mike could see she was about to adjust her clothing, he prevented that from happening.

New Rule: It is uniform policy that students cannot adjust their clothing throughout the day. For example. skirts cannot be adjusted.

Mike looked over the Abigail to see that her skirt was still sat uncomfortably high up her legs. He was enjoying teasing himself with the sights of his fellow student, who hadn't even paid him any attention.
