Forgetting frenzy

"If you're so smart," said Coco. "Count from one to one hundred."

"Easy!" Yang huffed. "One, two, three, four..."

"Yang, forget all numbers past four," Silvanus said quickly.

"Um," Yang's confidence drained. "uh..."

"What's the matter?" Coco teased. "Forgot your numbers?"

"No!" said Yang. "I just...um...!"

"Okay," said Coco. "Here's an easier one. What's the name of the school we're at now?"

Before Yang could open her mouth, Silvanus said, "Yang, forget the name of the school."

Yang opened her mouth, then snapped it shut. "I...I dunno. I thought I knew it, but I guess I don't."

"See?" Coco said. "Dumb as a sack of bricks!"
