"Giving the audience a new show this game?" Leah asked flashing Jason a smile as he walked with his band down toward the stadium and passed the ticket booth.

"These kids can barely march. This late into the year I don't think I can throw them something too new." he laughed as he moved closer to the ticket box.

"Oh I am sure they could learn something new." Leah said adding "You are a great band director."

"Yeah but even I am not miracle worker." He laughed. "Y'all working every game this year?"

"My kid is a cheerleader. I gotta be here anyway." Mrs. Clemens said with a laugh.

"Gotta get tenure somehow right?" Leah joked, not trying to think of the many worse ways she had been trying to get tenure.

"At least y'all can leave at half time." they all laughed and continued talking before Jason had to get back to being a band director once again.
