Follows after for the duel

[First story here, feel free to notify me if I misspelled something. All characters are presently 18+, Touma and Mikoto are in their last year of high school.]

Misaka lead Touma to the area by the bank of the river - a place they'd dueled before. "Wait!" Touma calls out, realizing how Misaka defines 'losing' in these duels. "you made the wager: how are we going to define me winning? you've never acknowledged losing before." The 3rd strongest level 5 blushes, a mix of frustration and embarrassment as she realizes that little problem. "F-fine. You win if you can knock me down." She says, coughing to try and compose herself.

"Don't forget! When I win, you have to do everything I say!" The 3rd ranked esper called out, rolling a shoulder as sparks emitted from her forehead. There was a big grin on her face, but Touma thought he could make out a light blush. He looked at the book before pocketing it in his back left pocket, before putting his Imagine breaker out in front. "Anytime you're ready, biri-biri." The Level 0 replies, getting focused.

Mikoto waists no time launching a few lightning bolts, Touma blocking them with his right hand. The railgun uses the chance to manipulate iron sand to wrap around Touma's leg. She gets ready to throw him before negating the sand as he rushes forward. "Feeling aggressive today, I see!?" *Misaka says, trying to shock him through the ground, though he manages to roll out of the way.

Touma manages to get pretty close as Misaka puts up a all of iron sand, which he just punches through. 'Hmm, Is Misaka going easy on me?' Touma muses as he deflects another massive burst of electricity. She's definitely blushing, he can see that at this range, he reaches his arm back to strike...
