Follow the side quest

You think to yourself that if you were that lucky to find that easter egg, you might as well go for the side quest.

You follow the directions to the pointer on your compass. You follow the directions for a while, and see that it led you to a vast empty desert. You start to wonder whether or not if this whole side quest is a bluff. After all, you open your map and it doesn't show anything is in that desert for another 12 miles, much further than where the that chick told you to go. You also wonder how you would be able to quench your thirst out there. It's not too late to back out now, but it's not like this is gonna kill you.
