Chapter 39 by airwreck airwreck

What happens next?

Follow the girls downstairs.

"How much did you hear?" Connie anxiously asks Val.

"Ellie's love for cock," the brunette replies, looking slyly at you. You notice Loretta, Connie, and Amie blushing. "But as much I love to talk about cocks out here on the porch I rather have us go downstairs and drink some beer!" You are glad that Val broke the tension and changed the subject.

The other girls agree and follow the young mechanic back into the house. You trail behind the five young women down to basement, where it appears to be trapped in the 1970s with the fake wood paneling, beanbags, lime green upholstery sofas, and orange shag carpet.

"Thanks for putting the beer away," Ellie says, stepping behind the bar to take out the bottles of beers from the mini-fridge and open the caps before handing the beers to everyone.

"Thank you girls for helping a stranded stranger in your town feel welcome!" you say, raising your bottle. "Cheers!"

"Our pleasure!" Loretta, Connie, and Ellie say in unison.

"You're not drinking, Amie?" Val asks the petite Asian, who is nervously holding her bottle.

"I turn beet red after one sip of ****," Amie replies, looking down in shame. "I get drunk after one beer!"

"I wish I had your problem!" Val jokes, giving her friend a hug. "Honey, we're all here tonight to get shitfaced drunk so drink up!" Amie smiles and nods before taking a swig of the beer.

You and girls sit and relax on the sofas and beanbags. You listen to them talk about life in their small town, the lack of choices of young men to date, and wanting to move to a bigger city. Occasionally, Loretta and Connie will glance at you quickly on the subject of leaving town for a better life.

"So Mr. Doe," Val begins.

"Just call me John," you interrupt.

"John, are you dating any one," the brunette continues and gets to the point.

"No," you reply. "But not for the lack of trying. Dating in a big city is just as bad in a small town. There may be more choices but people are more pickier."

"But you're such a nice guy," Loretta says.

"Well, women in the big cities seem to prefer douchebags," you say with some spite in your voice. You chug your beer to try to brush away memories of past bad dates and relationships. You walk behind the bar to grab another bottle. "Anyone else want another beer?"

"Yes please!" the girls yell as they finish their beer. Amie, whose face is flushed, does her best to catch up.

"How about we play a game?" Connie suggests. She looks over to a bookshelf full of board games. "Twister?"

"What about 'Truth or Dare?'!" Ellie pipes up, winking at you.

"Pfft, we're not teenage girls any more!" Val exclaims. "Let's play strip poker!"

What game do you play?
