Follow the Human Scent.

The scent is quite faint, but tangible. You are sure you're able to follow it to the source. Finding humans is probably the safest bet, considering you have a very small taste of what this world has to offer.

Making your way out of the clearing before the cave you entered with world in, you walk for about an hour, still focusing on your desired scent. It's a bit hard keeping focus for this long, but you pull through, eventually reaching an outcropping of golden grain. Having lived in the city for your entire life, a view like this was something only visible through led screens. Wind blows in waves, and as you march through the grain at waist height, you reach a slight hill.

"Oh, wow." You say this genuinely confounded by the sight. A guarded city far in the distance, a heart to many veins of dirt and cobbled roads. The sight is right out of a high quality fantasy show you never watched in your old world, too busy with work. "This really cements the whole isekai vibe." You say this with a bit of surprise, but most of your brain is too busy fully coming to terms with your worldly transplant.

You're taking in the view as you stand upon this small hill, the freshest air you've ever had entering your lungs, totally free of all modernity to taint it. The grain tickling your sides is similarly barbarous, most likely fully wild in nature. A part of you wants to stay here, and enjoy the feeling of freedom. But, you're also aware that nighttime might come sooner than you think, and that heading towards civilization is probably the safest bet.
