Foil/Flechette

A skilled markswoman with quick reflexes and a unique power, Flechette was a promising young hero before becoming a villainess as Foil. Regardless of her swap in allegiance, Lily knows when to put her foot down with the Undersiders and when some action outside of law and order is needed.

She’s developed a strong reputation among villains and heroes alike, although some won’t hesitate to lob insults her way for switching sides. All that matters to her is that Sabah is well cared for, although they’ve had strain over similar issues as well.

Lily is a jock, through and through, with a fit and slim physique that carries muscle in the right places for her to perform some feats with her power that a thicker body wouldn’t allow. Although she’s a bit flat in the chest and butt, Lily often catches eyes at the gym from those into abs or calves or her height.

She’s fairly pretty and her skintight costumes leave little to the imagination beyond what’s behind her visor. She isn’t without enemies, most notably her clustermate March, who has engineered elaborate plans in the past to kidnap or otherwise annoy and humiliate her. There are a few past heroes who admired her in the past who wouldn’t mind getting some **** and some villains who would relish the opportunity to knock a former hero down another peg.
