FoA S3 Chapter 17

You can’t believe your luck. As you leave the window, you can still hear Connell’s strangled gasps. You could not have asked for these two to make themselves more ****. There’s a real chance that you can make a move here.

But you better talk to Vicky first. And you better hurry.

You creep back to the other window only to find something unexpected: Vicky is free of her handcuffs. She’s kneeling and it appears that she is working on Joey’s handcuffs.

Unbelievable. She got out somehow.

You were just thinking about how the Free Gurls aren’t that serious, but you also remember how cool and collected Vicky has been through all of this. And she can escape from handcuffs? What did she do? Pick the lock?

For a member of a joke MC, Vicky is an awfully good criminal. But there’s no time to overthink it. Fate has given you an opportunity, and it’s up to you to grab it. So you pick up a wooden board lying in the weeds and make your way determinedly back to the front of the cabin.

Kissing Riley in the middle of the street and getting yourself arrested was crazy. All the stuff you did today was also crazy. This is an escalation.

Connell is breathless, and although there are tears on her face, her quiet but **** panting makes it clear that she is finally enjoying herself. Z is not being quiet, grunting savagely and snarling an unbroken stream of creative and explicit insults with a lot of the words “Ass” and “Piggy” in them. She pulls harder on Connell’s hair, having no idea that you are right behind her.

You smash her over the head with the board, and it works a little too well: the board break. Z crashes to the floor and you are left weaponless as a startled Connell turns on you. Luckily, she has her pants around her knees. You punch her in the face and leap over her, kicking in the door and almost knocking Vicky and Joey over. They must have been getting ready to make their move.

“Let’s go!” You shove them toward the exit, pausing to kick Connell in the face as she tries to get up.

The three of you burst out of the house, and you sprint into the lead, heading straight for the swamp. Your plan is to cut through, straight to the truck.

You’re still ten feet from the trees when a gunshot freezes you in your tracks. Vicky and Joey also skid to a halt.

You all turn to see Z standing outside the cabin with a pistol in her hand. She just fired a shot in the air, but now the gun is pointed at you. As your mouth goes dry, Connell emerges from the house. She points her gun at you as well.

You raise your hands.
