Flirting while cooking

I introduced Alec to Lenny, and then felt bad that I had. Lenny was so blunt with his lust, likely undressing Alec in his mind. As I started training Alec, he proved that he really truly cared about cooking. The two of us took over a ticket, and training him was easy, so I took some time to flirt with him. He reacted better than I could have anticipated, but with how good he was doing I brought up a more mundane topic. "You do a lot of cooking?"

He looked at me and smiled, "Yeah, I love to cook!" I smiled back, and gave him a pat on the back as an excuse to gently rub my hand along his back. Alec froze up when I did, but from the way he was breathing I could tell he was very easy to make happy.
