Flex is making breakfast

She had found him in the kitchen in the middle of making breakfast.

"Morning, baby" He greeted her.

"What's cooking?" She asked, taking a moment to enjoy the smell that made her question redundant

"Bacon, eggs and hash browns, the usual." He said, turning to look her over, he liked what he saw, she looked real good in the clothes that he'd left for her.

"You staying for breakfast or was this a one night thing?" He asked with a sly smile on his face.

"Sugah, I'm never just a one night thing." She quipped with a grin as she took her seat at the table, getting a happy nod from Flex as he finished making the meal.

The breakfast was an interesting one for Rogue.

Flex seemed to be obsessed with bragging about all the women that he'd fucked after giving them Edge, graphically recounting some of his most recent conquests, obviously trying to get Rogue hot and bothered.

As he went on and on, Rogue had to feign being aroused by his stories, in truth she felt more than a little sick at his actions, but she couldn't show it, instead she simple shoved food into her mouth while he spoke, speaking only to encourage him to tell her more and making the occasional quip about how lucky those girls were.

She had already learned that Flex's mouth was almost as big as his muscles, and that flaw was gonna help her greatly and that the more flattered he was, the better her chance of using him to get in good with the rest of the Muties.

As soon as the breakfast ended, Flex told her that he had a lot of work to do and, with a promise to take her out again tonight, he called her a cab and sent her on her way, giving her a small vile of Edge, just in case she wanted a little more to get her through the day.

Rogue palmed it, justifying it to herself by saying that after last night he wouldn't buy it if she turned him down.

As she rode back to the small apartment she had set up for this mission, Rogue was feeling good about how things were going.

She told herself that she was going to get rid of the Edge once she got to the apartment.

At least she would if she didn't get too busy first.
