Flee With The Sword!

As much as you wanted to join your sisters you noticed that so many demons were closing in on their location. "Sabine!!" Sister Jania screams "Just get out of here!!" you see a Hellhound leap toward Jania which she is just barely able to defend causing the Hellhound to burst into ash.

With the Sword of St. Magdalena in your grip you move backwards towards the tapestry of St. Magdalena battling the she-demon Hecata knowing that you just banished three Imps at that location so it should be safe for the time being. As you walk backwards, you notice the War Mother and two Sister's getting pushed farther and farther back into the room you were just about to run into.

"Goddess, what should I do..." you grumble to yourself as you kneel down behind the altar watching your sister's disappear into another room. You can only watch in horror as demon after demon flood into the room and you are unaware of any exits in that area so you give a silent prayer to your sisters and the War Mother as you can only imagine the horror that is about to come forth.

You shake your head to vanquish the thoughts in your head and take a few deep breaths to try to calm yourself. As your right hand grips and twists harder on the handle of the Sword you finally have a clear enough head to make your decision on where to go next.

As you look to your left you see some stairs going down to what you would know would be the baths. The baths are an integral part of life in the abbey. Per the scriptures, every sister of the Burning Rose needs to clean herself daily. If the body is dirty, then the soul is dirty. Since the baths have such a high usage of water, it needs a system of pipes to drain away the used water. If you could manage to get into the pipes, you could crawl your way out of this abbey.

You remember an old rumor from Sister Olivia that there was a secret passage hidden in the kitchen where Sister Jessica, the head cook, used to receive secret deliveries of wine. You pray that such rumors are true. If the passage exists, there is a good chance the daemons have not found it.

Going towards the library could be beneficial since it's located near the outer edge of the abbey. There is a door leading to the stables and, if that is barred, you can crawl out one of the windows and reach the ground safely, you’ll have escaped this daemon infested place. If necessary, you can always use the curtains that drape the library windows to facilitate your escape.

Lastly, you could make your way back the way you original came, back towards Sister Ivona's room where you could hopefully sneak right out the front gates of the Abbey. While all the demons are pushing into the Abbey to desecrate the insides it's possible you could sneak where they would least expect a Sister of the Burning Rose to be, right under their noses.
