Flashback: While Sarah was sleeping

Adam enters the bathroom he shares with Sarah and panics when he sees the bottle of pills he'd ordered is missing. After a few minutes of anxiety induced pacing he thinks that his sister is the only logical person who'd be in their bathroom. As his mom has been constantly telling him she isn't going to keep cleaning up after Sarah and him since they need to be more independant. Adam rushes over to her room, and sees Sarah passed out by the computer. Temporarily ignoring his incapacitated sibling Adam scoops up the bottle, dumping it out into the palm of his hand. Counting that there's only seven left, Adam frowns to himself as he can't help but wonder why his sister had taken thirteen pills of "GrowthX".
