Flash Forward

Dawn looked over her bags one more time.

While this trip back home hadn't completely gone to plan, that didn't matter to the coordinator. Yet as she gazed about, it felt like she was missing something all the same.

"I trust that you didn't forget anything?" a voice called out, bringing with it Julia. Dressed per usual like her mom, Dawn's gaze shifted over to her. There, she was met with her poketech.

"Thank you." Dawn announced as she accepted the gift. Putting it on, her gaze returned to Julia. Cracking a smile, she was met with a smile back. While welcome, it made leaving that much more bittersweet.

"You're welcome." Julia answered as she watched Dawn exit the room. Giving a wave, Julia waved back as the door closed. Breathing a sigh right after, she looked over the room. "No rest for the wicked."

While Dawn had not made much of a mess, it was still a good idea to clean up all the same. No telling when she might show back up again.
