Later that day, Chad and Sasha met up because they had been trying to rebuild their friendship after years of not hanging out as much. They had been close when they were younger along with Patrick and Chase as well. It was time for all of them to be close again and Sasha was the one pushing this, but Chad agreed as well.

“Yeah, I had to tape the bottoms to my shoes at the end of the year because I didn’t have the time to break in a new pair at the end of the season.” Chad said.

“I remember that. It was kind of funny looking down there on the field and seeing you doing the temporary fix on them.” Sasha said, laughing.

“I felt like a cheap skate, but there just wasn’t time to get new ones. Now I have that time.” Chad said.

“That’s true. I’m considering playing softball.” Sasha said.

“That would be fun for you. I’ve watched you play. I don’t know why you didn’t play before.” Chad said.

“I just didn’t think I was good enough, but being that it is senior year, I figured, why not try.” Sasha said.

“Thata girl.” Chad said.

“I just hope that Jenn will still be the coach.” Sasha said.

“I don’t know about that. She has a lot on her plate right now. I heard she was going to resign from the school soon. I think it was more forced because of Exposé, but who knows.” Chad said.

“Yeah. I think it was only a matter of time before someone caught wind that she was the owner of Exposé. I’m surprised that it took this long.” Sasha said.

“Well, I have some other things to do today. I should get going. I will see you next week?” Chad asked.

“Yep. See you next week.” Sasha said as she pulled one of her oldest friends into a hug and then let him go so that he could go and do all the things he needed to do.
